Well it cant be to slow or else nobody will want to watch it. I wanted to keep videos at top 1min so with true slowmotion there would barely be anything to see!

Then DX10 ran much worse than DX9 for me. However with more recent ATI drivers DX10 only runs 1fps worse while having some more effects and better quality so I run in DX10 now.

And yes all with a single 4870 and at 1440x900 with ultra high config and 35-40fps.

However now I have a 4890 and I can run this at 30-40fps with 4xAA and more detail! :D

Also ATI will in some month release their 5870 which will surely give you 1920x1080 4xAA and beyond 30fps!

5870 will costs around 300$.

I also have my E8400 now running at 3.6GHz. But go for a i7 or i5 CPu as that is way faster than my CPU despite lower GHz rate.

dude could you upload your config files and system.cfg and/or autoexec.cfg somewhere?? PLEASE??!

if your 4870 can run that then my 4830 should be able to run it with a lower resolution like 1280x720p.

The custom map with custom TOD and 4870 with E8400 netted me about 35-50fps at 1280x1024/1440x900 with very high + settings.

It's just a name I gave the recording (realtime) becouse I used the ingame function to slow down time. Hence "matrix" comment!

The map is one I downloaded at Crymod and then modified the TOD for it to give it a different look. The maps name is GDC06. I could send it to you if you want.

Yep DX9 and there is no transparent soldier!

Unless you mean the guns but that is per-pixel motion blur. High quality movie/CGI like object motionblur. It gets applied to anything having velocity and the amount is defined by the objects/limbs/particles movement speed. :)

My config still enhances the regular Crysis. The particle mod makes explosions etc beefier and detailed.

I am planning on releasing my TODs for singleplayer maps that greatly improves graphics without perfomance sacrifice. But still not done! :)

This is a custom map but I use my custom config to. This custom map just shows what can be done with same perfomance as Crysis singleplayer if you put some work into it. Map is not mine but TOD for it is.
