  • Considering that anyone in reasonably athletic condition should be able to bench their bodyweight and if they have been working on the bench for a few years or more may be able to about double that, and this shot looks like it could be in a gym - there is no reason why this guy shouldn't be able to do at least @ 240 as listed. But anyone is crazy to lift near max without a spotter and no respectable gym should allow this. This guy is lucker than he is smart.
