GREAT job...the only thing odd is that you're capo'd on the fourth fret, and when Howie Day plays live he is capo'd on the third fret. Interestingly, in his video his guitar doesn't have a capo at all.

i watched all three videos and overall - very good. you have such a pure tone to your voice and a nice falsetto. just open your eyes! rehearse in front of a mirror and look at yourself. absolutely try for Idol if you get the chance! you should look for some local coffee house gigs (if you haven't already) to get used to playing in front of people... i could give you a few contact names if you'd like. good luck

i work at BCBS cafeteria, and was told to give you my opinion about you and your possible audition for Idol. i watched all three videos and i think you would have a good chance... you have a pure voice with good diction and annunciation, you move to falsetto nicely and don't over use it. my suggestions would be to work on your facial expressions. you close your eyes a lot. look into the camera and believe what your singing, feel it. be careful on the higher notes, don't push too hard.
