SO let me ask seeing I am way OT anyways. If someone is spreading the wrong information about someone, does the person in question have the right to defend themselves? Opinions formed on misinformation by a third party can be very harmful. This is why lawyers carefully select juries. To limit bias and to ensure the person has fair representation.
