It'a coined word from "onmyou" and "za".
Onmyou means yin and yan. Za is a bit more difficult to expalain.
Seach "Onmyodo" and "Za (guilds)" in wikipedia for more information.

i think the main singer is the only woman in the band, but sometimes i feel different. although you can tell by the voice the other singer is male
