  • God bless Texas!

  • Lets take Texas back! It was once its own country and is only subject to the constitution of the united states. When they violate the constitution they violate our original agreement! I am a Texan first, and an American second.... We should lead the way for all other states to do the same, The Republic states of America.

  • @PutschPatriot lolololol "Texan first, and an American second," lolololol

Remember that time Texas couldn't defend itself after it won its independence and had to rely on the The United States to keep the Mexicans at bay?

    lolol

  • Even more interesting: not all of the men were English, Scottish, or other European-Americans. There were several or more Texicano Mexicans that actually fought alongside the white defenders against Santa Anna's army.

  • In all actuality, not all the men at the Alamo were from Tennessee. William B.Travis [eventual commander of the complex] was born in South Carolina and mostly grew up in Alabama. James "Jim" Bowie was born in Logan County, Kentucky; spent most his life in Louisiana. James Bonham was from South Carolina. Pvt. Peter James Bailey was from Springfield, Kentucky. Capt. William R. Carey was from Virginia. George C. Kimble, John Purdy Reynolds, and Hiram James Williamson were from Pennsylvania.

  • Who thinks the man in the beaver hat at 2:09 looks like John Wayne?

  • I would remind everybody that the Alamo was a mission and Santa Anna attacked and killed everybody in it and now days if we did the same thing we are evil. I know about the rules of war and that you can attack a place of worship if the fighters are inside and using it a place to fight from. My how have things changed.

  • @ishawkthegreat you dont no war. no one does unless you acually gone though it. so shut the fuck up and dont say things you dont know.

  • Just remember where you Texans came from, David Crockett and hundreds others were not from Kentucky, Georgia, or Mississippi. They didn't come from other states near Texas. Instead, they came from Tennessee, living up to our name as Volunteers.

  • @hometownsouthernman William Travis was a calvery man that came from the U.s Almost all the defenders of the alamo did Davy Crockett came from Tennessee and James Bowie came from i thing Texas

  • Yes, the stand of the Alamo defenders was heroic and manly, but their cause implied the propagation of Slavery, the most infamous institution of humankind. So, better do not call the texan cause as a fight for Freedom, quite the contrary. Although, it´s true that Santana cause was not even a cause but a look for personal benefits, and that Mexico did not deserve the territory of Texas, !There were more foreigners than Mexicans in Texas! no to say that the only right proprietors were indians

  • Texas is a Republic within a Republic. We know what it is to stand alone, with no one behind you. Think of us as America's Insurance policy. If America Falters, TEXAS is there! Those of us who can trace our line back to these events will forever hold to the Value of those events. We will not forget the principles that make a Nation. Let those in Washington talk about "Global" Governance. Texas is Texas, we love America, but can take care of ourselves.

  • I wish they would have made this an eipic film and included the battle of Goliad, the battle of San Patricio, the battle of Refugio, and the battle of Agua Dulce Creek. Disney should have let Ron Howard direct like he wanted to. I was one of the soldado when we filmed the Alamo scenes and one of the Texians while shooting battle of San Jacinto scenes.

  • the texans from those days, they hate mexico and they hate america, they wanted to be a republica of texas and they were for a while. Even in this days a few texans want the independence from america y become a republic, they call themselves OMG I forgot, let me investigate the name first, and I'll continue with my comment, but is something like "republica of texas"

  • @larebe74 Actually most of people in Texas at the time were from the U.S. originally and wanted Texas to be part of it. It took awhile and yes Texas was it's own country for awhile but I'm not sure why you would say Texans hated America.

  • God Bless the heroes who fought for Texas

  • LIke this if you would of stayed and really tell the truth

  • WE need davy crokket and Jim bowie and Willam barret travis and samhouston to stop this war. Men like them are what freedom and the united states are about. It is not about is just bieber gay or not. So spread the word REMEMBER THE ALAMO

  • As pathetic as it may seem, I fell in love during this scene...

  • I can remember this entire speech word form word. From "I have here peices of paper" to "we will sell our lives dearly"

  • We need these guys to help end the war!

  • fuck yeah!!

  • mexico is a shithole, the mexican army the strongest in the world? your gotta be shiting me you cant fight off the drug cartels and you want to take on America we'd kick your ass so hard you'd have to take your shirt off to take a shit. Texas alone kick your ass, try and take Texas we got guns and a set of balls unlike california and enough testosterone to grow beards on our shit. what does mexico export jack and shit thats what. no amnesty deport now

  • @dantelante I live in california and about the only good thing here is it's climate

    I don't like it here

  • @dantelante what about 10 years in Iraq with an unorganized and 10$ weapons plus a trillion down the drain?

  • @lilbeezy4utoo No more Saddam Husseing, al-qaida bloodied, Iraqis defending their own country, and our departure is under the force agreement that was negotiated by the Bush Administration and the Iraqi Government. Overall, pretty successful.

  • One of the most moving things I've ever heard. American leadership at its best.

  • their hats are almost as big as their balls :D

  • Balls!

  • I had almost forgot that he played nite owl in watchmen... but i now remember.

  • @pokerjack4356 HEY MOTHER GO HOME TEXAS IS FROM MEXICO BECAUSE ONE DAY WE ATTACK SO GO HOME

  • HEY US BOY REMBER OUR BORDER AND REMBER OUR TANKS BECAUSE WE ARE THE BEST AND BEST EVER DAY IM MEXICAN AND MEXICO FUK U

  • MEXICAN ARMY THE BEST IN THE WORLD EVER TOO

  • so beautiful

  • that speech was very moving had i been alive in 1836 and heard the speech and it was that speech i most certainly would've stayed despite that it would've cost me my life

  • @HowlinCoyoteCowboy

I dont know what I would do I think I would of stayed.

  • Hey gringos , ¡Remember Vietnam! invasores de mierda

  • @vicforce100 hey mexican, ¡remember our borders! fucking invaders.

  • @ZackAttack261 Go to Europe ,Filubestero Roba Tierras! , California,New Mexico y Texas volveran a ser nuestros ,perros saqueadores.

  • @vicforce100 well come and take it ;)

  • @vicforce100 Shut up VicForce... Your people the Spaniards stole land from the Aztecs,Maya,Zapotecas, Tajuomarans , Nahuatl, Your a hypocrite.

if your leaders wern't trying to force us Texans to speak spanish and convert to being Catholics we never would have had to bend over Santa Anna and ass fuck him till his brains came out of his skull..

  • @vicforce100 We won Texas from mexico fair and square, you even had a much larger and more organized army than the Texans, but it didn't matter because us

Tejanos are much stronger warriors than your Mexican conscripts. Texas is a very unforgiving place to live we simply led your army out into the desert during Summer time where there is nothing to eat, waited for them to starve then we killed them one by one..Your generals were foolish.

  • Travis had a letter from Three-Legged Willie dated March 1, 1836 saying for him to hold on that he was sending help from Gonzales.

  • Most of these men haven't seen war before and they decided to stay... I don't think you'll find these people anywhere. Bankers, Farmers, Citizens of Texas. They punched a hole in Santa Anna's advance so Sam Houston can gather an army. If that ain't patriotism then i don't know what is.

  • what a great speech william b. travis said

  • why do mexicans think yelling gibberish makes them sound smart?

  • It's pretty much certain that Crockett was killed in the battle. It makes no sense for there to be male prisoners if Santa Anna issued the "no quarter" order. The women and slaves might have left, but for Crockett to be killed after the battle? Doesn't make sense knowing what Santa Anna ordered.

  • @PetraKenobi

There are two he eather was killed there or he was captured as trouphey and killed the next morning i believe he was killed in the alamo

  • good speech. not as moving as The Gettysburg Adress to me this is the 2nd moving speech.

  • @demeandr1210 the gettysburg adress has nothing on this

but i guess we all got our oppinions ;)

  • @TANNER77719 Yeah. I mean basiclly any war speech to me is moving.

  • It's sad that no one knows what happened to Davy Crockett, I know his daeth isn't in this part but hey, why not bring it up?

  • Wait never mind. Davy Crockett and a few other Alamo defenders were exucuted the next morning.

  • One of the most moving speeches I have ever heard

  • this movie is so historically acurate like how back then the alamo didnt have the hump @ the top n the battle was @ niight & ended early n the morning

  • 5000 plus Mexican Army licking it's chops to kill you................TERRIFYING

Knowing that absolutely no reinforcements are coming to your aid......

    .............SHEER TERROR

Facing death and telling it "to bring it on because I've a big set of balls...............

    ...PRICELESS

No matter how much you silly so called "historians" try to shred this piece of histroy there is one thing that will never change;...The U.S. could sure use men like this right about now.

    Good day. :]

  • @TheManFromAcme I agree with everything you said. But on that note I would like to correct you on one thing. Santa Anna's Army was actually about 2,500 strong. With that being said, the Texans probably had no more than 200 defenders. That is about a 12 to 1 disadvantage which is obviously insurmountable odds. These men definitely knew they were facing death but decided to stay and defend to give Houston more time to gather his Army.

Very brave. Don't mess with Texas.

  • @TheManFromAcme

    Hell yea. Texas rules!

  • @TheManFromAcme Well said my brother.

  • @TheManFromAcme The U.S. does have men like this.

  • Also, of course I know written records didn't really escape the Alamo. But the Mexican generals who were present did a fairly good job of assessing the battle progression and their records are there. The entire progress of the Texas Revolution can be seen in Jose Navarro's works, Austin's Letters, Houston's Writings, the writings of the Mexican generals, etc etc.

  • The did the capt of the artillary's wife took them with her when the battle was over she lived.

  • Also, if people want to really know what happened, why not just go read their diaries and journals? They're easil available. Just use an interlibrary loan.

  • I think this scene is one of the best Alamo scenes ever filmed (though I don't particularly like this version). Why? Well, in just 4 minutes, it sums up what every proud Texan feels anytime they hear the words Remember the Alamo. The Texans had to stand alone because they received no help from the US. Regardless of what mistakes these men made, they are heroes. This is one scene where I stop and actually pay attention because it resonates with me. (and yes, I AM a proud Texan.)

  • jajajajaja imbesil in 4 minutes in a couple of minutes you will kill you

  • Well, It's not the simple fact that Travis was an American. No. It is the spirit of what can be found within the human heart sometimes. That indomitable force of will that sometimes shines forth in the darkest of moments. It just humbles others when it's from ordinary people that know full well what is to come, yet still refuse to run and hide. No matter what culture we may find ourselves living in, we all respect those that stand firm and do their best in the face of certain destruction...

  • Is billy bob thorton in this?

  • @kfinnguy He's Davy Crockett.

  • main point is..... KICK ASS LIKE PATRIOTS AND REMEMBER THE ALAMO :D

  • Fuck Santa Anna..Go US MARINES!!!!

  • It's time we stopped being "liberals and conservatives" and start looking at things as Texans and Americans with our own eyes. This speech depicted greatly by the actor, Patrick Wilson, is what we all must take to heart and apply to our world now! We are a people and divided we fall. It's better to win, and win for what's right. This story is as relevant to our hearts now as it was to those brave souls back then. I ove this movie. God bless Texas and ALL Texans!

  • God bless the USA! "We are a people and divided we fall"

  • divide from the fed look up the central bank

  • I say we divide from the federal reserve whats wrong with that

  • Read your history. At Goliad, Tx. 350 Texicans surrendered to Santa Ana's army. They were murdered AFTER

  • "GaussLyingTruth", keep believing what ever you want. You can't argue with the Historical Facts of Texas History...........I'm sorry and again go back to your liar daddy george soros and cry on his shoulder.

  • lol at soros

  • I hate a liberal liar.

  • Why would Santa Anna burn the Texan defenders bodies and any all possible diaries kept by the defenders up to the final assault? I'll tell you why. Santa Anna wanted destroy evidence of his embarassing victory at the Alamo. You think anyone under "the white flag of surrender" would have been allowed to leave that easy? No. These brave Texan defenders bled Santa Anna's army, getting a lot of his brave soilders killed. How many more died from mortal wounds on the trail away from the Alamo.

  • Your text reply is nothing but lying Horse-shit!.....Horse-shit!!!! Horse-shit!!!!! Horse-shit!!!!! Horse-shit!!!! Horse-shit!!!!! GaussLyingTruth-Liberal Horse-Shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm not sure what you mean by 'the climax' but if people were entirely free to go and come, there would have not been such a heavy debate on whether to send Juan Seguin out or not. In the end he was their best and fastest rider, as well as the person most likely to be able to deceive the enemy. Which from my memory, he did, posing as a local vaquero and then dashing past the lines of the Mexican army.

  • this shows the men who faught and died for the land i live on now and brotherhood

that men will lay down there life for there brothers and friends

  • And, of course, Travis most definitely made that famous statement that "we will sell our lives dearly", that puts him in stratosphere of super patriots from now on.

  • GaussTruth, I'll tell you one more time you coward, nazi, brown shirt liberal fascist -fuck.

You are telling "liberal lies". Stop trying to re-write true history and insulting heroes. You are a lying- gutless-secular progressive-liberal coward-fascist fuck. You get an "F" grade about Texas History. So go back to your "daddy" george soros and cry on his shoulder. Have a better day!!

  • Really, I don't feel like replying to you sysaone.

But I will post his , not to others, but to you "sysaone" , so that you may contemplate what is historically relevent, so that you, sysaone, can think about it.:

Men came freely from and to the Alamo during the siege. So why should Travis offer surrender to his command, when they could so simply dissipate into the darkness?

  • I will tell you this sysaone, the bravery of the men at the Alamo was demonstrated by their willingness of 'NOT' leaving the Alamo when they could have, not by the ultimate fight which incurred.

  • Actually, Moses Rose was the one individual who slipped away from the Alamo only a day or so before the final assault upon the Alamo. Rose brought the report to the World of Tavis making his famous statement ,--- "Those who wish to stay here with me and fight and possibly die for the new Republic of Texas, let them here now cross this line"---

Which they all did, God bless their sole, except for Moses Rose.

    .

  • Well GaussTruth, I really dont feel like replying to a coward but i'll tell you this....Travis and the volunteers were surrounded by thousands of Mexican soliders that had nothing to gain by surrendering but being put to death or tortured by Santa Anna. It's one of those things that when you're backed into a corner you either fight or give up. Which do you choose? I believe by the historical evidence that Travis and his volunteers made the courageous choice. Stop insulting heroes.

  • Apparently you do not read. Men came freely into and out of the Alamo prior to the ultimate climax of the siege. Men 'COULD' leave the Alamo if they choose so, which they did 'NOT'

    (sans Moses Rose ).

  • Yeah stupid, men could leave and be captured and put to the sword. Obviously you know no history about Santa Anna or if you were one of the defenders leaving the Alamo, you would have been put to death or tortured when captured. What the fuck are you thinking? Santa Anna would just let anyone leave freely from the Alamo? He was a dictator and wanted to crush anyone who opposed him. His mission was to destroy any opposition to his dictatorship government. Stop reading bullshit websites.

  • And let me say this liberal fascist jackass, when Mexican General Urrea captured Fannin's volunteers and left Goliad, he then left command to Mexican Colonel Jose Nicolas de la Portilla who on March 27, 1836, after receiving orders from Santa Anna to execute 342 Texan volunteers who surrendered to Urrea? I don't believe that they were they "free" to go. You are so full of bullshit about Santa Anna letting the Texan Volunteers leave "freely". Stop lying about Texas History, you liberal fuck.

  • Yes, 'free to go' is an unusual term in this sense. Santa Anna was flying the Red Flag over San Fernando at this time; which essentially meant no mercy would be given to those inside the walls of the Alamo. The only exceptions were his declarations to slaves and Mexicans within, which he did just shortly before the assault was carried out.

  • That this speech was given is not in written record but attested to by Slave Joe and Sussanah Dickinson in interviews with them following the assault.

  • People came and went from the Alamo during the siege. Actually, entering and leaving the Alamo was not a problem. there actually was not a problem with anyone who wanted to get away from the Alamo.

  • Excellent rendition of the Alamo battle, except where the Travis character suggests that any one that wishes to leave can leave under the white flag of surrender. You could not leave the Alamo during that time under the "white flag of surrender"

    Not so.

    pure balloney

  • GaussTruth,

You are telling "liberal lies". Stop trying to re-write true history and insulting heroes. You are a lying- gutless-secular progressive-liberal coward-fascist fuck. You get an "F" grade about Texas History. So go back to your "daddy" george soros and cry on his shoulder. Have a better day!!

  • Actually, one of the most bravest men to die in the Alamo was James Bonham, courier, who came into the Alamo only about one day before the final assault upon the Alamo bringing the bad news that no help was arriving. Travis and his men were all alone, Bonham knew it, yet he came back to relay the message to Travis.

  • No shit that white dude santa anna wanted to kill everyone.

The Alamo what a great myth for white people.

  • William B Travis is a god

  • "we will sell our lives... dearly..."

  • It was a bad idea because he ripped me on a lot of things, even though I read books, studied, etc. to do a good job. I think he gave ma a C on it. That's why it was a bad idea. I just finished watching the John Wayne version again, and for the first time I watched a 40 minute documentary on the making of the film.

  • Lol, lucky! We didn't study The Alamo that much in my history class!! Sucked, cause' I was REALLY looking forward to it!

  • In battle you never fear death, you are only horrified by the death of your brothers, you can't feel anything once your dead, the real fear is of your own brothers dieing......remember the Alamo!

  • Well said. Bravo!

  • sweet money

  • God, I love this movie!!! The Alamo is my favorite thing to study in history. I don't know why. Maybe because I'm a Texan? I want to become a historian so I could study the Alamo alot closer.

I really wished I had a relative in the Alamo! My best friend does, she's the great grand daughter of Gregorio Ezparza.

    Ah, well.

    REMEMBER THE ALAMO!

  • I like the John Wayne movie better, because Tiomkin is my favorite composer. My high school history teacher was an expert on the Alamo. To impress him, I did my term paper on the Alamo, really bad idea! I have read numerous books on the subject, and like you am fascinated by it.

  • Haha, why was it a bad idea?

  • God Bless Texas!!!!

  • Happy Texas Independence Day!

  • I was born and raised in Missouri but I go to Teaxas every other week for my job. I swear to god that my parents must have made nookie in Texas and then come to MO. to have me. Im a Texan that has been misplaced.......lucky for me my wife is a born and raised Texan and we are going back.................GOD BLESS TEXAS!

  • travis is my great granfather

  • Thats very legend. It must be an honor.

  • i am a texan and Travis was my favorite defender, but they should have shown him cutting a line in the ground with his sword, that was the most famous thing that he did... but they all did die for Texas

  • Well no one really knows for sure if he actually did draw the line in the sand some people say it was only metaphorically but others say that he actually did.

  • Partric Wilson is good looking ... XD

  • I love this scene as it shows the true heart of the defenders. They were just ordinary men in a unique situation. Their deaths gave birth to the spirit of Texas. I came to Texas in 2005 and have never been happier. God Bless the defenders of the Alamo and God Bless texas!!

  • This is not war, not defending anything because it was the Alamo of them was only q mexico once motherfuckers came to mexico wanting to invade them in the ass pateamos alamo we won because nobody wanted to support this war and only a general because Santa Ana made the mistake of sending their soldiers to the south poreso fucking Americans won if they had not gone as I patimos your ass to the French

  • wow, he must've been a brave man your ancestor because of what happened at the Alamo is very courageous, and quite frankly i'm brave enough to have fought there if i had lived in that time period, and second wdo u kno the name of ur ancestor that fought there?

  • I had an ancestor that fought at this battle.

  • this scene is just as good as the original but where's the drawing of the legendary line?

  • Everytime I watch this scene, it brings tears to my eyes. History knows these brave Texan defenders did not surrender, laying their lives down defending the Alamo. History also knows a lot of brave Mexican soilders died taking the Alamo. God bless them all.

  • I liked this Film.

None of the usual gung ho hollywood style stuff -It simply portrayed men with their backs against the wall doing their best. I loved it when Santa Anna and his army was Gubbed at San Jacinto.. They should have strung him up..

  • They should have strung him up..

    You want blood......

    I WANT TEXAS.

  • that was the best part ...

but i was about to kill the movie during the fighting scene at the alamo .. where houston is just sitting there in his cozy tent while DAVY is DYING! and so is TRAVIS!!

  • Sam Houston was building a volunteer army while Travis and Crockett were defending the Alamo. Houston's chances to arrive at the Alamo in time was impossible. He did not have enough volunteers or artillery at that time to fight Santa Anna's massive Army. Also, Houston was not lying in a "cozy" tent. He continually built an army, backing away and waiting for Santa Anna to make a mistake. Well history knows Santa Anna's mistake; he and his army got their asses handed to them at San Jacinto.

  • remember the alamo...always...and forever

  • i had this movie but lost it

  • God Bless Texas!

  • >Everytime I see this movie I like it better. Ron Howard, his wirters and his director combined humanity and heroism masterfully.

    >It is worth remembering that the garrison at GOliad accepted the offer to surrender - and were then murdered by the MExicans.

  • If I was there I wouldve fought and died with them and if the mexico tries to pull that kind of shit I will return to the Alamo and guard it with my life. Give me Liberty or Give me Death!

  • haha..with all due respect to the Alamo and the people who died there..(on both sides)...isn't William B. Travis adorable?! lolz..but he always looks like he's about to cry..aw!

  • You mean the actor Patrick Wilson? Ohh, yes. He is a cutie. :D

  • i thought i was the only one who thought that!

  • i know alot more then u think people my family was put in jail by the general anna. he got back at him too. i'm a proud texs and NO ONE CAN TAKE THAT AWAY FROM ME. i recomend to each and everyone of ya go to the alamo and learn what happend to those men. my family died at the battle of goliad. and we have never forgot what happend there.

    remembber the alamo

    remember goliad

  • if your family died at Goldiad you wouldnt be alive. You mean some of your ancestors.

  • yeah i mean them but to be more down to the point it was my great grandmas dads brother who fought there. and i had family members who fought in the mush smaller battles. but what i was taught it doesn't matter who died there it matter that we never forget those who gave thei lives for texas freedom. as long as those places stand we will never forget what they gave for us. i just wish everyone would take the time to read about what these men gave for texas we could learn alot from them

  • thanks for the back up people these men would be proud they did not for nothing. and yeah their are people who would love to rewrite history. the REASON this battle took place was becuse texs did not want to live under mexico rules. and we did get AFTER catching their so called general while he was running like a cowerd. they guy treated his army like shit and that is a fact. i respect those meicans who went aginst thay man. as for the slaves they weren't the only ones. what was mexian army.

  • Well kid if I was an insect, I guess I would be attracted to manure...it's brown and it smells. Probably like your skin.

  • hmm if its white it just ain't right

brown owns this town don't like DIE!

  • GeneralPeterson, I am so PROUD of this intelligent and articulate reply. You have got to be the pride of your family and maybe even your entire race. You know, with your intelligence of USA Government, you should copy and paste all of your replies and present them in to your government class (if you do go to school or if you're not in jail). Hoping John McCain dies in "his own shit"? You sound like the sick little greaser/beaner that you are.

  • I am old but not a faggot. I have spent a lot of time on the border at Acuna and spent a lot of time with the beautiful Spanish ladies. Who knows, I probably fucked your mom or sister. Have a good one!!

  • You call me an "old faggot". Are you a Joto?

  • I'm sure that COULD POSSIBLY happen if you brought your 14 brothers and cousins against me. I believe that is what you "Mexicans" call a "fair fight"!! Kinda like Santa Anna bringing 4000 soilders to take on the 187 at the Alamo and it still took him 13 days to win it. If you bring it, better pack your sack lunch kid.

  • "You are a fucking old man racist shit who desires to fuck with young men...disgusting". Wrong GeneralPeterson. You are an ignorant, illiterate and uneducated Mexican "hick" that can only reply with primitive words like "fuck" or "old man" and now you want to pull the race card. Just admit to yourself that you don't know shit about the USA or President Bush or the war in Iraq (we are winning against terrorists). Don't like getting kicked by this "old man", stop posting stupid shit!

  • If you are reffering to learn how to speak "Spanish" that is the correct language of your people. You said, "learn to speak Mexican" There's no such language as "Mexican". Here's the proper definition of "Mexican"

    NOUN (1)

    1. a native or inhabitant of Mexico;

    ADJECTIVE (1)

    1. of or relating to Mexico or its inhabitants;

    - Example: "Mexican food is hot"

I hope you learned something today!

  • Ha! Ha! Good comeback kid! Sound like I hit a nerve.

  • I maybe older but a least I am not a coward like you.

  • Don't bad mouth our president for standing up to terrorism you stupid Mexican kid! You probably don't know shit about 9-11 or what led up to that day. You kids think it's cool to hate Bush because that's the "cool" thing. Bush's mistake made was not that he removed Saddam but that he thought he had people in the USA and some other countries (mainly Mexico) that had the guts to back him completely. He found out that some people like you and countries have a lack of guts and a spine.

  • bush did not stand up to terrorism,he bombed the wtc then attacked iraq,a country that had nothing to do with it.

  • Bush bombed the wtc? Holy cow, you really believe fictional liberal media crap? You guys have a serious problem about investigating facts. Did you know two airplanes hijacked by terorrists crashed the planes into the world trade centers?

  • Dude if you really believe Bush bombed the world trade centers, you would be the equivalent of someone inside of a USA grocery store check-out-line who actually believes the tabloid crap of the National Enquirer!

  • Do your math or maybe talk to your "shrink"!!

  • your president is a low life scum mason who looks after his own before he gives a fuck about the usa! you dimwitted thick cunt! he was in the pocket of the bin laden family for decades!.what plane was allowed to leave the states within 6 hours of the 9.11 bombing? a plane with the bin laden family, headed for the filthy arab emmirates!

  • "thick cunt" I don't have a cunt but a "thick penis" that "limey" women like. I can only assume you did not see what actually happened on 09-11-2001.

  • On a second note several British women I have slept with have told me that they have recieved so much sexual satisfaction by sleeping with circumcised American men. I can only assume that the thickened head of male body parts must keep some parts of the women small and maintained.

  • "thick cunt"... 1st time I ever heard of that coming from the UK. Sorry to hear about that problem.

  • You beaners go ahead and try it. We know what time it is, and we'll meet you greasers in the streets before we give up what we WON fair and square. Too bad Santa Ana was such a coward, or maybe the outcome would have been different for you. But, Santa Ana was just a typical Mexican.....

  • Yes I am probably older than you and you can learn from older people and wiser people than you. You sound like a young, immature and uneducated kid that has a lot of growing up to do. There's no such "Winner" that tries to re-write history to fit a liberal agenda. The United States is not an evil country but a country that your people are constantly immigrating to because your country is mostly poor, corrupt and cannot sustain itself.

  • Blame Mexico for allowing hard working-freethinking immigrants to take land grants from Mexico and make Texas.

  • i really don't give a dam what people think on this sub. what these guys did was the one of the greatest things. they gave texas hope of a better life. i had family in the war they deid for WHAT THEY BELIVED. these men died for freedom and every texan remember the fall of the alamo. as for speeking spanish it sucks because all the dam mexicans are crossing to america and don't know english. so mexico must not be all that. nothing to some mexicans i have some mexican friends.

  • texfreedomgal, you go girl!! I'm with you. These defenders laid it down with nothing to lose and may God bless them. I too have a lot of hispanic friends that feel the same way. There are just those few "idiots" out there that want to re-write the history books.

  • ain't it sad on how there are a few idiots that love to re-write history, it's such a shame.

same way how history revisionists call us Americans the bad guys for unnecessarily dropping the bombs on Hiroshama and Nagasaki when it was a strategy situation of blowing them up and killing thousands or losing a million men if we were to invade main-land Japan.

  • dont forget the mexicans who fought for Texas!

    You go Texfreedomgal!

  • GeneralPeterson,

At that time in history "El Presidente" Santa Anna was known as the "Ruler" (or Dictator) of Mexico. Anyone who lives or resides under a dictatorship are SLAVES!! During that time in history, Mexico's government supressed Texas resident's (Hispanics and Anglos) freedom to land or speech. It was Hispanics and Anglos that stood together in Texas to stand up and fight. Wanna blame someone for "Texas being stole from Mexico?"

  • this kind of stuff makes me so proud of america and its history and it makes me proud to be an american. to be in the place these men fought so hard to give us.

  • Dude STFU Terrorist Beaner. Go back to Mexico and Get water poisoning Asshole.
