  • This is the best!!!! LMAO!!!!!

  • riktigt bra,jolly good

  • is he Will Ferrel's dad?

  • 10 people dont like flying

  • I like how he bows respectfully to the audience at the end.

I miss that Age of comedians. Or maybe I just miss that age.

  • @ktpinnacle he waved at the audience but he bowed to the great dean martin

  • He was a master.

  • "hihihihihihihi..Yes.."

    ." Yes?"

Gosh, this is soooo funny can't stop laughing!!

  • I'm dying in front of my PC :-) That's the best...Great

  • 2.25min yes? "Yes?" HAHAHAHAH great actor

  • 398 like this video, but who are those 10 idiots who dislike this video???

  • Dean Martin had a great variety show. Once upon a time comedians were professionals with talent, grace and a respect for their audience and their craft. Do you remember when comedians were funny?

  • IT's great how Foster finishes the bit himself after he destroys Dean. Brilliant comedian!

  • ME ENCANTA. COMO PODRIA OIRLO EN ESPAÑOL?

  • @CARTAPACIOCARLOS o verlo con subtítulos. El arte de Brooks se pierde en el doblaje.

  • 9 people were laughing too hard and missed the like button... that or else they were drunk.

  • The writing was pure genius. Classic. Best two drunks ever.

  • rest in peace Foster, you're the greatest

  • You sure you're not a piolet? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • Too bad they don't make TV like this anymore, such a wasteland these days. I ran a studio camera at KSTP-TV in St. Paul, MN when "Twin Cities Today" was a live show and Mr. Brooks was a guest once. He was a very nice man who loved people. PC is nothing to me, I violate it often. If someone is offended, I am sorry only to a point, it is their problem, not mine, and yes, I still laugh when people call me a Pollock. Anyone who cannot laugh at themselves once in a while is too serious for me.

  • Tag den!

  • Do Busheep never stop crying about PC? How sad you can't refer to Blacks as "niggers'" in public any more. Fucking grow up already!

  • @LesThanEver

LOL @ Busheep becasue it's the truth!

  • The funniest bit of Brooks I've ever seen. Classic is the perfect way to describe it!

  • This is PRICELESS! Always loved Foster Brooks's stuff. Saw him on a talk show once where he recited a poem - a serious one. What a voice.

  • This is PRICELESS! Always loved Foster Brooks's stuff.

  • this is as funny as anythg i have ever seen i laugh everytime esp the bit he says u might know me from television and brooks says "oh no ive never been on television" classic lol and i luv the way dean keeps losing it u can see he is enjoyn it as much as every1 else!!!

  • Foster Brooks

  • LOL i love this old one about Airline Pilot.

  • This is so humorous

  • These are Great

  • i love it when the person they work with cant keep a straight face

  • damn funny

  • wish dean was still alive i would so go to his shows but i got to see jerry lewis at his book signing so i am thankful for that. love love this clip.

  • Dean is the ultimate straight man of all freakin' time.

  • So classic. My earliest memory of him was when he was a guest of Monday Night Football, explaining NFL playoff scenarios. There were like 6 teams in each conference that were in the hunt, and it was very complex. "The Colts get in, if they win their last two games, or if they win one and the Chargers lose, the Bengals lose, or the Raiders, Steelers and Browns tie. Now if they lose both games..." You could imagine how flustered he was describing the ins and out of a bunch of crazy playoff combos.

  • I think I laughed up a whole lung!! GENIUS!!

  • seen this many times never fail to laugh outloud im glad i found it

  • Greatest drunk act ever. I love the guy.

  • @gbj11 classic comedy !

  • @gbj11 Totally agree. You just don't see this kind of acting anymore.... I remember laughing like hell as a kid at Foster Brooks. Thanks goodness for Youtube.

  • Why cant these people live forever?

  • they do on YouTube!

  • Hillarious! Also, check out - FOSTER BROOKS ON DEAN MARTIN ROAST HOSTING LUCILLE BALL

  • "You sure you're not a pilot?"

I love watching this man perform. Craigbe's right, comedy used to actually be 'funny' before the PC crap took over.

  • That is awsome! This is the way it used to be.

  • Never gets old, this one, and with all the other great things about it, the way Foster Brookes uses his hands is just sublime.

  • Dean reaching out for his handkerchief =D

    That was hilarious

  • This is a great example of what we were OK with laughing at, before the PC nazis took over.

  • @Craigbe get over it

  • I call this by far the funniest comedy piece of all time .

I can't tell what is funnier here , Foster brooks act or Dean Martin's losing control of himself .

  • just classic!!! amazingly funny!

  • Luv how they clowned airline pilots for being the drunks they are from way back then. I have never had a utube video crack me up so much. IT WAS AWESOME!!!

  • that was classic cant get enough

  • saved to fav's........Dean is cryin!

  • Interesting to see Dean Martin playing the sober one.

  • Amazing how the two can act drunk when they aren't. Priceless.

  • " I fly a big grey thing with lots of coulors on each side...."

  • "Oh, it's one of those big gray metal things with what-ya-call-its sticking out on the sides"

  • Thanks, my english should be improved. But Brooks killed me!

  • One of the best comedic skits ever......Martins inability to keep it together and Brooks delivery.....Timeless piece.

  • *LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL*

  • I heard that Dean never attended the rehearsals, so when he got into a sketch he never knew what was going to happen. Dean's reactions were real and spontanious.

  • He and Jackie Gleason had the uncanny ability to read through a script once and then deliver a spot-on performance afterward. This was part of their hidden brilliance.

  • Brooks' is the best drunk I have ever seen.

  • too many drunks on the road......... great comedy

  • Oh My God-Why can't humor be this spontaneous and stupid-funny anymore?? Granted Foster Brooks was stone sober when he did this shit, but we could see the funny in the drunk act!!???

  • Notice that at 2:40 Dean can't even speak anymore. He just gives it all to Brooks... Oh my God this is so funny.

  • - Do you know, at the same ti-time its quite a sobering thought and very inspiring fee-feeling

to realize that there are hun-hundreds of people all depen-ding on me.

Great classic indeed! Thanks for posting.

  • this video was good

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TALK TO ME FP

  • Foster Brooks is brilliant!

  • Foster Brooks absolutely destroys Dean. I've never seen a clip of Brooks and Dean together where Dean wasn't wiping his eyes!

  • HAHAHAHAHA from word go; you ever been in Skinetiki, neither have i LOL

  • That's an old... old OLD Vaudeville line. And it still works!

  • Without a doubt one of the best routines ever done on tv. If I was Dean I would have pissed myself. Classic comedy, where is it at today ??????

  • just pure comedy, funny, no hilarious brilliant

  • "white fluffy things"

    hahahaha

  • Clouds???

  • no dip!!!!

  • oh wait! sry

    " R u sure ur not a pilot?"

  • This is what comedy is all about though! Simply the best - bar none. RIP to all the GOOD ones.

  • yep.

from the random suggestion box, check the works of Viktor Borge. he was another great, though music comedy is a bit difficult if compared

  • I used to be a busdriver but I quit. Too many drunks on the road.

  • If it were me instead of Dean, they'd have had to cut this short I would NOT have been able to hold myself together; I'd have fallen off the chair in uncontrollable laughter! Brooks was amazing!

  • I grew up watching Dean Martin and I love this clip. I wish we had more comedy like this today. Of course, society is too easily offended today. Thanks for posting this clip!

    LOL

  • LOL. Good shit. To bad TV is crap compared to this. I mean they all lost it. I mean look at Dean.

    "Those white things...."

    "You mean clouds?"

"You sure you're not a pilot?"

    LOL

  • I almost poopooed in my pants:-)

  • génialissime

  • Good Old Schenectady New York LOL WOW! Its gone to the dogs now, all pimps and hookers and a regular drug mecca for sure!

  • But what do the dogs do with all those drugs? Who cuts the coke into little lines for them???

  • Brilliant!

    Absolutely awsome!

    Hilarious - luv it!!!

  • poor dean martin was in stitches. i do not know how foster brooks was able hold a straight face, lol, incredible, amazing.

  • LMAO!!

  • no words 2 describe PURE GENIUS

  • Although Foster Brooks always played a drunk, he never drank anything stronger than Coke-a-Cola.

  • Thats not ture. He was an alcoholic for a while. He beat it.

  • I stand corrected...thanks

  • grandpa told me he ditched the booze thanks to a bet he made back in 60´s.

  • @Labaron26 I heard that some one bet him to give up drinking, which he did.He never touched a drop from that day on!!!

  • Absolute chrisma!!! I loved watching TV in those days because their was a good show on every night. Comic Poetry absolute Comic Poetry.

  • Pure genius. No one compares to the GREAT Foster Brooks!

  • This made me laugh until I was sick! My wife was an airline attendant!!!!

  • And this was after Dean was in the movie "Airport" staring as a pilot.

  • Oh my god. My stomac hurt from laughing. This is the good old stuff. Brooks cracking Dean up like that is to much. Splendid. Thanks for posting.

  • Must be one of the best sketch of all time

  • omg,

poor ol' deano laughing so hard, he was crying! now folks that is true comedy @ its best!

...and for those that are not old enough to know, foster brooks never drank, to play this part! now that is good acting!

  • I saw this when it first came out - as a kid. Extremely well done.
