It is good that we have seen it fit to train personells to deal with one of the more recent (though not as recent as 9/11) phenomena in international relations. I have often heard in workshops that we are not equipped for such things. However, in order to survive within this neoliberal/globalised world, one has to be prepared for the unseen. God speed.
