Hadn't thought about this song for years, but it is part of my childhood, very big on uncle Mac's childrens favourites. Today someone said to me 'Your english' and then started to say how much he liked max Bygraves I told him that I thought Max was still alive and living in Australia, which gave me occassion to google him. He lives in N.S.W. with his wife who he married in 1942. I bet if you bumped into him in the pub he'd be just an ordinary bloke and not up himself
