Yeah, I also was thinking that the name "All American Rejects" sounds just like the lyrics in "Reject" by Green Day on Nimrod. When I first heard "Reject", I was thinking about how maybe AAR stole it.... I mean, come on, it says, "Reject All American" and how close is it to AAR? Very.
