@auspatriot Yes you are right but for the record i never said a man can't controll his dog. I was using a example of how a man will say a girl shouldn't have a big dog because of their size they can't control them. so i was saying i know big guys who can't control their pits at the park which are much smaller than danes mastiff and saints. i didn't say all men can't control their dogs. I have just noticed that big dogs tend to be more gentle around women than when they are with men.

Not purebred. I have a Great Dane cross. I hope to show/breed Danes when I'm older and financially secure, with my own home and everything. Either that, or Cane Corsos. :) I love Danes.

Us girls like big babies. I have two saint bernards, and my 5'2" self keeps a good handle on them. IT's funny to me whenever people are dragged around by their (often times smaller) dogs at the petsmart where I work. I take them leash and have them in control in seconds.

im a 5'8" girl and i have a saint and a english mastiff. I know im taller than u but I think big dogs just respect and listen to women more. I seen so many guys at the dog park who can't even control there pitbulls so for a man to think that a women cant handle a big dog is so stupid to me. i know u didn't say that but i think u understand how i feel when me ask why i have such a big dog when im so small u know.
