The "lucky guy" is actually an imbecile. Just think about it, he/ she should have been paying attention. However, there were 2 lucky people in the video, the person in the white car and especially the person in the van. Buddy in the blue or black van/ SUV was paying attention to cross traffic, even though there shouldn't have been any. If this person wasn't watching, the van/ suv would have had no front end! Thats called "defensive driving" and it will save your life.

The speed of the video itself is in fact sped up (I did examine the people walking, they ARE and the traffic IS sped up) and at the end it slows down a bit. Cool video though!
