Obviously you ignore a lot about Ryan air,I personally never flew with them but many of my friends fly with them. Theyactually make their new hired pay for their own training after they get their frozen ATPL,their captains are experienced, training has to be done in type rating standards according the UK CAA so no pilot is worse or better than the other for licensing its all about the experience.What you saw is a normal landing for a 737 800 I happen to know cause I fly, hope that helped. cheers

Well, I completeley disagree. First of all the economy of Catalonia is much more potent than a tiny state of San Marino or Andorra. Then, we have a economy much more potent than Slovenia, Croacia, Estonia, Letonia and Lituania, Chech Republic, Slovakia... that had less population of Catalonia. So I think we could be much more potent that this countries that are independent.
