  • 氣色不好應該是短片中說她有先天性代謝症候群跟妊娠毒血 我看那個早餐除了豆渣肉餅跟豆渣饅頭其他都蔬菜應該是很建康的吃­法了 不過要配合運動是真的 不運動吃的建康還是有限

  • @putri99 she use tofu to make the meat burger as vegetarian...

    for breakfast only 1/10 of ground pork and tofu mash and only 120 calories ...

    then she made her own bread which used tofu to make bread! so the calories is 1/3 less than the regular bread!
