Thanx much Unknownpetrafan, I've met John schlitt a couple times and actually gotta sit down next to him and get info on his life, somewhat a personal interview. It was during his Shake tour and when he sang wake The dead my spine curled lol. Too bad Petra is of no more, but he did tell me recently in an email that they are planning a reuinion tour in late 2010 or 2011.

@tylerjames42 I don't know. To me this album was one of the best since "More power to Ya," "Never Say Die" and "Not of this world." Those to me were arguably some of the best albums... O.k. All of their music was great, but my favorite song of all times "Second Wind" off of "More Power to Ya"

This Means War was the benchmark for The John Schlitt era Petra. Back to the Street, was kinda of the intro of us to John and kinda had a lyrical/music cue suited somewhat for Greg X Volz- still a great album, especially "whole world". But yeah, This Means War really solidified the John Schlitt era of Petra and a great run for Him and the Band.

Ya just cant' go wrong with Petra- their music still rocks, ministers and is relevant today.
