If it is the cornea only that is injured, then he can have a Corneal Transplant,,,, but it has to be a cornea from and child to a child -- not from an adult. Eye transplant is not actually possible, just so you all know. Cornea (just the clear outer covering of the eye) and sclera (the white part only) transplants can be done, but if you've lost your eye there's no way to replace it with anything functional. So yeah, not true.

This is very touching thats why i keep coming back again and again to watch this video, however the story is untrue, you can not give away an eye and you can not give a child an adult s eye, if this was possible we would have no blind people on the streets and the operation would be availible in every hospital as we have with kidney and heart transplants and it would have been made avalible on the doner card.

Please which son would shout at his mother if she went to visit him in singapore and his kids are laughing at her they wud stare at her but they wont laugh. this story is a load of BOLLOCKS. please dont beleive all stories. wallahi this is so sad....after loking at this i thought about my mom and im not going to lie, i used to get annoyed with her and was also embarrassed by her. i went straight to mom and kissed her forhead and said to her ''do you love me?'' she replied ''you are my son I could never hate you'' I sad to myself.....I made fun of her and she still loved me! Prophet Muhammad said ''love your mother, again love your mother and AGAIN love her, then love your father'' may ALLAH forgive my past sins.

Eye transplant is not actually possible, just so you all know. Cornea (just the clear outer covering of the eye) and sclera (the white part only) transplants can be done, but if you've lost your eye there's no way to replace it with anything functional. So yeah, not true.

i think its not true because if a patient needs an eye the eye should come from a dead person not a person who is alive so i think it's not true.....

This is very touching thats why i keep coming back again and again to watch this video, however the story is untrue, you can not give away an eye and you can not give a child an adult s eye, if this was possible we would have no blind people on the streets and the operation would be availible in every hospital as we have with kidney and heart transplants and it would have been made avalible on the doner card.

This was such a sad story, true or not. It made me cry, thinking of my mom. Didn't know Muslims believed this. We (Christians) believe in respecting your parents, too. That is one of the Commandments. Love to all.
