this is a brilliant system, I have just browsed the internet for help as I was at my wits end trying to work out what baby wanted and when, nerves being shredded etc, but since learning these 5 distinctive noises since yesterday its cut down her crying to 1/4 th of what it was, I have now bought the dvd, excellent! Every mother should have this given to them on confirmation of pregnancy!
