  • SOME CAUTIONS (from an exercise physiologist): The lateral side raises should be done with the palms facing forward as the arms approach horizontal, to avoid shoulder impingement at the acromion-humoral joint. Make sure you lower the weight all the way down too. When doing the one legged lunges ensure to watch your knee doesn't sway left or right but follows a straight pathway. You can rest the foot of your non-active leg on something too.

  • Excellent video. I am 52 years old and been looking around as I work at home I realise I am not 'moving' enough... This is the first video I have come across that is informative and that makes me think why I need to do particular things. Most of the vids I've found are like Californian money maker ideas... and totally condescending. Excellent work - I would love to be able to follow a ten minute online video each day - fancy making one?
