  • You should really be controlling your fermentation temps instead of letting it ferment at room temperature.

    It depends where you are and what type of beer your making. Ales are best at 18-21oC. Where I'm at this is the temps I get normally.

  • its because after he kegged his beer he left the yeast from the last batch in the fermentor so the yeast is already activated and ready to go therefore rapidly speeding up the process
