Janet is by far more talented. Janet has better pitch, range and dynamics. Faye seems to consistently have a lot of trouble staying on pitch and blending, I'm glad she is getting a degree in music, because she needs it.

Um, obviously Janet. She has 10 times more talent and star quality than Faye will ever have. Janet is already a superstar in Sweden and no one will ever know about Faye. Janet has much better vocal training, Faye has little to none. Janet's quality and pitch are incredible and Faye can't even stay on pitch.
