@Issaland GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT, the cheapest Apple laptop is 999 which is almost the 1k you stated , fine, the cheapest Apple laptop which is the MacBook does not have integrated graphics, is has a discrete NVIDIA GEFORCE 9400M for the 2009 models , 320M for the 2010 models. They are NOT integrated GPUs although they do still siphon system RAM for Video RAM.
This people who want to buy a laptop just for basic stuff won't pay 1000 dol or more for basic laptop. The cheapest Apple laptop cost around 1000 and it is just small, white with integrated graphic. Most people have their budget, their expenses, their life to run and are not willing to spend double price for a shiny laptop from Apple. And there is nothing you can do on Mac and you can't do on Windows.
So when no common store will help you with your computer problems and explain how the application works that I think Microsoft came with great idea with this Answer desk (I think how they call it). The other (third) thing and I would say, major, opposite to OS success, is that most people needs a computer, usually a laptop, for internet, online banking, doing some word processing and light gaming. And they are usually mid age and older people or people who work in office.
Great video and point of view. I'm Windows 7 and Office 2010 user and I am quiet pleased with MS software. But you have some right that scuces of MS stores depends of good press of their main prod cut - the operating system. But the second thing is that when you buy a PC in ordinary computer store - you have just one year warranty. After warranty no one cares about your problems with computers. Go to any computer store with your broke or infected system - no one would care! They just sell stuff
If Microsoft was more like Apple, it would base it's OS in Unix, but instead of being, regular freeBSD, will overcharge for a restricted (and very inefficient) netBSD product. That started with a free of charge philosophy.

I visited the world's first Microsoft Store in Scottsdale Arizona and it was the best experience I ever felt. I would love to purchase my next PC at that store. I want to re-edit my MS Store video and re-upload it to my droadtrip account soon.
the only problem i have with microsoft really is the fact that theyre not chumps with warranties...
whenever i drop my ipod into water or something stupid they ll send me a new one, no questions asked. if you did that with say... any microsoft product theyd expose you right away.
I think the busiest section of the microsoft store will be their version of the genius bar, because there are so many problems with windows pc's the line will be out to the parking lot! Apple is just better, in every way.
I must say, for a Mac person, I enjoyed watching and listening to you. I enjoyed your views and opinions that were without fanboi attacks against MS. I am glad there is at least 1 person out there who is intelligent enough to place a very good video with intelligent arguments.
Furthermore, I have a laptop that is at least as old as yours, it is running W7 and it is a bit slow but useable. I hope you have been able to try again. My PC has not BSOD since Jan, it runs 24/7 and is run hard.
Now having said that, I think there will be a lot more people will go to the Microsoft stores due majority of people who uses them, and I'm not just saying people, I'm saying schools, companies, the governments uses Microsoft Windows computers more than Macs by far (75%).
And that is why I think Microsoft stores will full on hurt the apple stores, or should I say a big punch in the face and knocked out, leaving a possible permanent wound which could set them back in everything.
3. The Majority of people (and I am just assuming by the way), uses Microsoft Windows computers instead of Apple computers. Because Microsoft Computers has been out longer they have managed to put better features in their Windows & etc, for example they have more app and their computers are good for gaming, lets just say that they are 1 big step in front of mac computers due to the timing since Microsoft started making computers first.
...like Zune HD which is not really popular at the moment due to the lack of advertisement or some other reason but it's not released yet till Sep 25 I think, but I never heard of Zune before till today when I commented something about an i phone in some other vid and someone replied to me about Zune HD, and then I looked it up and found it really good and better than the i phone. But what I'm trying to say is that all the products that weren't well known will be well known...
Now they say that every Computer that is related to Microsoft windows, every single product will all there in every Microsoft store. And to me that's really good because if you wanted to buy a really good desktop computer/laptop (the one you always wanted) then it will be there but only cheaper and not only that but they will shit loads of good deals with the products. Now since they will only sell Microsoft products, there will products like...(read next comment)
I think that the Microsoft stores will hurt apple a lot, and here's 3 reasons why:
1. Better customer support, now I'm not saying that other stores that sell Microsoft products are bad in customer support but in a Microsoft store the people who sells the products up there will have a better understanding with all the products and can help you choose which computer is right for you and etc, and they can give you a 1 and 1 session about how to work a Microsoft computer.
....but if you were right then it wont change anything because like I said before the majority of people will go to Microsoft store because people uses more Microsoft windows computers than apple computers.
When you say majority, are you saying people who purchased their PC from best buy, staples, and from Dell would go there?? For what?? Support? Warranty? Genius Bar? If Microsoft store could help everyone with low price PC for under $400 bucks, then you are right... people will go. Otherwise, if they can't help anyone with their product, i don;t see why I would go there if I could go straight to Staples.
ninja8745, how can you say that when you haven't been to a Microsoft store when it's not even out yet, I haven't been to an apple store before and yes their services are really good no doubt about it but I think it's kinda foolish to say (no offense) when you haven't compared the 2 stores, but you could be right but I think the Microsoft services will be better but if you were right....
I was thinking the same thing. There was so many PCs out there. Will there be certain people there that specialize in my brand of computer? Or will each person cover a general sense of each computer?
Personaly I agree with you sir ! but its not about a strategy from apple , its about morals ! apple have much less business morals thank any one els from the big Names ! sorry but thats true ! Microsoft did tons of good stuff , believe me they spend alot of money on research and education /health and science ! after all the strategy's apple did , who owns 89.7% from the global market shares?? =) your vid is awesome !! 5/5 for sure
I never go apple store because very far away. but i want to go to apple. i learn my mac myself few years but i think i am pc and windows pro. i want the Microsoft store software and hardware.
I think that if the Microsoft store is beside or near the Apple store, Apple will lose sales.
For example, you walk into an apple store and see an imac for $1600. The sales people are great, the store looks nice.
You walk over to the MS store. You see a computer for $900. The store looks clean the employees are polite and helping. The customer wil feel like they are getting the apple experience for less (aleast in the store that is).
@MrTech40 Twit, if you bought a mac because a store employee was nice to you then you further the proof that people who buy macs are all airheads and buy the shiniest looking most expensive computer blindly for no actual reason other then to feed their own libido.
In an ideal world, Microsoft should take it to the next level and go beyond just a having Microsoft stores. They seem to only react to what apple does.. instead they need to become pioneers of something to capture the publics focus. I.E. an example could be if you have a pc with windows they will drive to your house and fix your pc free of charge. no arguements. If they did that I would buy a microsoft pc again because you feel valued
The only problem with that, though, is that that's virtually impossible for Microsoft to do. The reason for this is Microsoft doesn't sell their own computers. They just sell the software. Microsoft isn't going to know how to fix every single PC under the sun. They CAN'T. They have this barrier they won't be able to get around because they aren't building the computers. They won't have an intimate knowledge of all the faults that the computers experience. Hence, Apple has a leg up.
YES HE IS; dumbass. And it might be crappy in your CRAPPY opinion but Steve Jobs DEVELOPED the Mac. WHy the fuck would he think something that HE INVENTED HIMSELF is crapp =y!!!
honestly for copying the store. I just think its BS that Microsoft cannot figure their own ways to get their market back. It will never fully happen. Macs will always be seen as the elite computer. Not because of the price tag but because they are SOLID computers. Unlike Microsoft at this point
If the next microsoft os after windows 7 is terrible when the stores are open then the apple stores will benefit rather than be hurt...it would be similar to the vista release where some people began to switch to the mac due to the shortcomings of vista...microsoft has to play it perfectly on their part if they hope to shatter the strong foundation the apple stores have created
it seems like every store that sells electronics now is a microsoft store cause they all sell computers running windows and hardware/software that can be used with windows. you can also already buy xboxs and xbox games all over the place. I think the microsoft store will be a big repeat of what we already have. i don't see why I would need to go seek out a microsoft store instead of just going to my local best buy or walmart.
i dont know if they would be a success when it comes from giving tips. i think they would just charge you to tell you what your problem is which is ridiculous, i mean i paid 1000$ for a brand new laptop and now you are going to charge me to tell me whats wrong, gimmie a break.
You can't compare an Apple Store to the new "Microsoft Store" -- UNLESS Microsoft makes their own computer. Apple is proprietary and uses their own Hardware/Software - Microsoft supports 1,000's of computers (which is why Windows has so many issues). So these new stores will be nothing more than glorified software stores, w/ some gaming counsels on display -- You'll never be able to take a Sony/HP computer to a MS store for support- You'll take them to the manufacture that built/designed it.
You don't have to take it to the manufacturer for support. Why couldn't microsoft have HP's there? Every microsoft commercial shows the computer sold as an HP. So they might as well just sell them in their store.
Acer, Dell, Toshiba, Sony, etc. etc. etc. These aren't Microsoft products. So why would they sell them in their own store? Apple sell computers in their store that are made by Apple.
Well i think the Microsoft store is a great idea, as its going to keep up the great rivalry (in terms of personal computers) between them both. As well its going to be a lot easier to get your xbox fixed (if you get the 3 rings of death) as you now dont have to send it off to be fixed, just pop down to the Microsoft store and let the people take a look at it. I am a Windows and Mac user, Mac is great but windows 7 looks like a good competition for mac since most users in the world do use windows
DRBUK. I cant believe your still havent fixed your PC. if i was you dont take to a the Microsoft store, ill fix it for free and Ill guaranty you.. Your PC will run real nice and you not going to have problems. You just pay my ticket to the UK It isnt going to cost you no more than 50-60 pounds :D
im real useless...my iMac is allmost more messed up than my brothers dell xps.lol. the imac is dieing a slow death. wait, 50-60 pounds...hmmm u live close by...lol...also i was gonna ask u, perhaps ill do a video, but i need to get my bro a laptop, as he is going to university soon...but...I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT BRAND of pc he should get, ill do the vid soon, could use ur help ? also u STILL HAVENT SHOWN ME the photos, i think wen u went on holiday ? would be nice !
lol why should u reconsider if i never.lol. i got a macbook afterwords, ive had this macbook and so far...NOTHING, its been great, the imac was just a bad experience because before i had a mac mini....NO PRBS.
lol you have to look after your things :D Yeah i live close by but i forgot to include the return ticket :D never mind, i wont charge you for that .:D
About the laptop thing i asked an expert that repairs laptops he said the Toshiba is the best all rounder. About the London thing soon i get back my cam from my girl ill upload them on here
So my friend and I were talking about putting microsoft stores near Apple stores. And we said Apple will probably have an advantage from that because of the shitty stuff at the microsoft store.lol
"They are taking something, adopting it to their own products". You hit the nail on the headApple have great products and that is why their strategy works.
I don't see Apple shaking in their "boots" just because MS is copying them on the store front or "adopting their strategy".
MS will need to make sure they have the right product for the strategy to work, and they just might have with Win 7.
Competition is always good on the market and I think in the long run both Apple and MS will benefit
Kind of seems pointless, i dont think they will make any extra money because PC's are everywhere anyway, if anything it could hurt them because people will see "MICROSOFT" on the front of the shop and think "fuck no" but when you buy a PC from PC world etc some people wont know such a corrupt company is profiting.
I would never buy a PC or Xbox 360 again anyway because they just crap.
I personally think that it could be a great idea for them, and Windows 7 is a great OS to start with, I've used it both on my PC I build myself and my macbook pro (late 2007) and have had ZERO problems, not to mention with my MBP it automatically downloaded most of the drivers itself, almost everything worked out of the box. There's a lot of people out there who need some hands on help learning how to use computers, and this could be just what they need.
rip off rip offffff rip off rip offffff of the Apple Retail stores... i wonder if they'll make there stores look just like Apple stores as well? (the building its self)
yeah but they probably change the color to skyblue, lol. Microsoft is so desperate right now since they didnt see Apple boom so high and now their like copying them all the way to keep up.
Personally i will never use it I will always build my own PC it's cheaper & I get the parts I want. Skipped vista used it hated it so stayed with XP. Got the BETA of 7 the changes were good they got rid of the annoying things Vista had it's a good OS. So I pre-ordered it for £50 nice and cheap as I wanted DX10 and 64Bit & more ram so for me it's worth it. MS have so much money they will always go for the win no matter what the initial cost they play the long game competition is a good thing.
Apple saw their products being under-represented in the retail stores and decided to make their own, so people have somewhere they can go and get what they want and interact with staff (and other customers) who actually know and care about the products they're selling. Most store staff don't give a crap, they just want the commission for the sale. Some places give staff more commission for PC sales than Macs, even if the Mac costs more! How pathetic is that? No wonder market share is so low.
The reason the Apple Stores have been so successful is because of the almost complete lack of presence the Mac has in most other stores. Think about it. Walk into PC World here in the UK or Curry's or something, or BestBuy in the US. Until recently you'd be lucky to see more than one shelf of Macs. It's still the case in the UK outside of Apple Stores, unless there isn't any near by, then PC World are known to do "mini" stores, but it's not the same. There's resellers, but again, not the same.
7 is going to fail, not that many people are going to go to 7, after that vista. Apple is not going to go anywhere, the only reason i would go in this M$ stor is to buy some 360 Games,
I disagree. He got to that position by his work ethic and the products he has produced. He earned it in my mind. Bill Gates is an icon. So, there you go. And he has been successful as well. Anyone with amazing success will become an icon.
I think that would be a good strategy on Microsofts part. The title of this video made me think of them copying apple right away but they're just making it easier for users of their products.
I think the equivalent of the Mac Genius would be.... I can't think of the name, but when you think of all the people that would like to murder their PC, they'd be the MS Scapegoat, perhaps? Or the Microsoft Punchbag? A much more dangerous job, given the prevalence of PC problems. Or maybe the MS Buckpasser, given that it's usually the fault of whichever nameless company made the graphics card or whatever. As you said, there are so many variables, it would be difficult to track down problems!
Thats hilarious! It'd be more like an anger management class. "How To Deal With The Problems Of Windows And Accept The Fact That You Need To Deal With"
haha it takes a genius to fix a mac , lol I can not get over that.
yeah I am sure it will be great, the surface computers would be fun. I doubt they would come here though, I am not paying 50$ to go to the apple store, not worth it.
Great points I don't care if the copy or not as long as they try to make good products and spur apple to do the same. Though I don't think the products in a MS store will be much different to the average computer store though without competing products
Wow, I knew they copied a lot from apple but a store? LOL.
Also I wonder if I could bring my mac in there and ask for some help on windows? Hehe not like I dont know enough but It would be a burn to microsoft.
i would just say an iphone internet email games pretty much every thing you expect from a everylaptop now i stop carrying my laptop since i got the iphone
All you have to do to make a Microsoft store compelling to consumers is load it up with *working* surface machines. People would come in just to play about with the Surface technology just like people come in to play with Apple products. Also working the surface technology into the buying experience for comparing products in-store or for checkout would be great. I think there's a lot of ways a Microsoft store could fail, but that's what everyone said about the Apple store originally as well.
Exactly :D like I am saving up for a MacBook (not as hard that hard for being 15) because i want to put my Adobe Master Suite on it (saved up for that too but my dad split it with me cause he was surprised I got the 1000 and for birthday) but I also want finale cut pro suite..... So that is why I want a mac. Yes a PC would be okay but no finale cut so I would have to use something else.... With pros come cons
You spent a 1000 dollars on the Adobe Suite? There a many ways to get it for free! I can understand paying for certain programs, but paying 1000 dollars for them is ridiculous and a total waste of money.
I have nothing against Windows or anything, but it seems that Apple invents their own ideas and Microsoft tends to just copy of Apple's ideas.
They copy Apple's ideas when what they should be doing is making their own ideas. That is what makes the company more money. It would make them a leader like Apple, not a follower.
I myself, am a proud Mac user, but I don't have anything against Windows. They DO have GREAT products just like Apple does.
Personally, I think it's great that Windows are making their own store, and like you, I would take my windows products there, and get them to fix them!
In America, you can but PCs at pretty much any store that sells electronics.. where i live.. the closest apple store is 200 miles away in the twin cities... but i can buy a mac at best buy.. i was just there the other day.. they had a seperate section for the macs.. which were looking amazingly beautiful.. lol.. but yeah walmart target.. you bet you can but a PC
EXACTLY and even if you are rich if all you are doing is getting on the internet and email and no apps (like my 9 year old nephew) just needs a little HP Mini!) A LOT of people always say APPLE or PC not well what do you need it for!
Apple has never seemed to care about trying to beat out Microsoft. Yes they poked fun at them here and there especially with Vista but Apple seems to be satisfied with where they are.
i think that the microsoft store will be a sweet gaming store. but i doubt they'll see wii or ps3 products. also i think they'll sell pc parts so you can upgrade your system or build a customized pc. i will def. want to visit one.
I'm not so sure Apple is going to take a "big" hit. Reason being is because the demographic for Mac users is not the same one than Microsoft.
The Hip youngsters and the creatives will go to the Apple stores doesn't matter how nice the Microsoft one looks because Apple has built on a HUGE brand recognition whilst Microsoft hasn't.
The stores will just make the existing Microsoft demographic have a nicer experience than what Microsoft offers today.
This could potentially be a really good idea and a really bad idea
for stores like best buy in Canada or in the States where there is no apple store in the area, Apple generally has the main attraction with their Ipod displays and Mac displays..while the Zune is hidden in the corner
I think this will give microsoft a chance to present their products in a more appealing manner.. and heck now people can return zunes and broken 360's to Micro Geniuses ;)?
I agree with you Adrian. The Microsoft store It'self Is an excellent Idea. Windows users need a place to go & get there questions & problems resolved how Apple users do. The only thing that concerns me though Is whether Microsoft can really pull It off or not. They've got alot to live up too If they want to be like the Apple's Stores.
the microsoft stores would be great if only they launched them in more countries, especially underdeveloped countries unlike apple. more locations = more money
The concept is great. But I don't know the last time Microsoft came through on a promise. Which sort of shatters my remaining hopes for this store. However, if they do by some miracle make this store decent. I would visit the store, despite being an apple fanboy.
I think that the idea of a store is excellent!! It's just weather they can make it work! And as you say the products have to actually be GOOD! We shall see! The one thing i have seen at the Apple store which has not been emulated in any other store is the ethos. The genius' and general staff appear to care about you as an individual customer, you're not just a pound/dollar sign or another number. Considering the way M$ treat their customers NOW i find it very hard to believe this can change.
I do believe however that if they get this right, M$ will hurt Apple MASSIVELY. There are many variables but we will just have to wait and see. One thing is for certain i know a certain mr Jobs will be looking to see how he can improve the Apple Store is M$ Store is a hit.

Im not a Apple user, i just decided in the 90s that apple has just ok software and low end hardware, not cheap hardware but not so much process power.
For professionals the software market is just a flaw.
Apple does not sell their own hardware anymore. They buy intel cpus and ati gpus and so on.
So the point of their good service of their genious bar is that they just have to deal with about 6 mac setups.
Unlike MS who had to deal with tons of different hardware setups.

I'd definitely go to one versus another Best Buy full of idiots who know NOTHING.
But since MS products are already sold everywhere, I don't know if they can make it work financially.

Issaland 1 year ago
So when no common store will help you with your computer problems and explain how the application works that I think Microsoft came with great idea with this Answer desk (I think how they call it). The other (third) thing and I would say, major, opposite to OS success, is that most people needs a computer, usually a laptop, for internet, online banking, doing some word processing and light gaming. And they are usually mid age and older people or people who work in office.
Issaland 1 year ago

3. (continued)
JoHnNo3128 2 years ago
2. (continued)
Will be well known for the Microsoft stores.
JoHnNo3128 2 years ago
what do you mean by "more apps" because out of the box mac has way more USEFULL apps than microsoft computers but overall app is debatable

Now since they will only sell Microsoft products, there will products like...(read next comment)
JoHnNo3128 2 years ago
I think that the Microsoft stores will hurt apple a lot, and here's 3 reasons why:
1. Better customer support, now I'm not saying that other stores that sell Microsoft products are bad in customer support but in a Microsoft store the people who sells the products up there will have a better understanding with all the products and can help you choose which computer is right for you and etc, and they can give you a 1 and 1 session about how to work a Microsoft computer.
JoHnNo3128 2 years ago
if you have ever been to a apple store to ask questions then you would know that apples support is much better by far
ninja8745 2 years ago
....but if you were right then it wont change anything because like I said before the majority of people will go to Microsoft store because people uses more Microsoft windows computers than apple computers.
JoHnNo3128 2 years ago
When you say majority, are you saying people who purchased their PC from best buy, staples, and from Dell would go there?? For what?? Support? Warranty? Genius Bar? If Microsoft store could help everyone with low price PC for under $400 bucks, then you are right... people will go. Otherwise, if they can't help anyone with their product, i don;t see why I would go there if I could go straight to Staples.
jackies35 2 years ago
ninja8745, how can you say that when you haven't been to a Microsoft store when it's not even out yet, I haven't been to an apple store before and yes their services are really good no doubt about it but I think it's kinda foolish to say (no offense) when you haven't compared the 2 stores, but you could be right but I think the Microsoft services will be better but if you were right....

Thats just my thought
MrTech40 2 years ago 22
@MrTech40 Twit, if you bought a mac because a store employee was nice to you then you further the proof that people who buy macs are all airheads and buy the shiniest looking most expensive computer blindly for no actual reason other then to feed their own libido.

I would have to say, i think that i would be freaking awesome if everything in a Microsoft store would be a MS Surface.
zak9456 2 years ago
In an ideal world, Microsoft should take it to the next level and go beyond just a having Microsoft stores. They seem to only react to what apple does.. instead they need to become pioneers of something to capture the publics focus. I.E. an example could be if you have a pc with windows they will drive to your house and fix your pc free of charge. no arguements. If they did that I would buy a microsoft pc again because you feel valued
psygodnp 2 years ago
The only problem with that, though, is that that's virtually impossible for Microsoft to do. The reason for this is Microsoft doesn't sell their own computers. They just sell the software. Microsoft isn't going to know how to fix every single PC under the sun. They CAN'T. They have this barrier they won't be able to get around because they aren't building the computers. They won't have an intimate knowledge of all the faults that the computers experience. Hence, Apple has a leg up.

I think the microsoft store will be a big repeat of what we already have. i don't see why I would need to go seek out a microsoft store instead of just going to my local best buy or walmart.
violetrose37 2 years ago
i dont know if they would be a success when it comes from giving tips. i think they would just charge you to tell you what your problem is which is ridiculous, i mean i paid 1000$ for a brand new laptop and now you are going to charge me to tell me whats wrong, gimmie a break.
edhhd5 2 years ago
You can't compare an Apple Store to the new "Microsoft Store" -- UNLESS Microsoft makes their own computer. Apple is proprietary and uses their own Hardware/Software - Microsoft supports 1,000's of computers (which is why Windows has so many issues). So these new stores will be nothing more than glorified software stores, w/ some gaming counsels on display -- You'll never be able to take a Sony/HP computer to a MS store for support- You'll take them to the manufacture that built/designed it.
kcguy76 2 years ago 2

So I pre-ordered it for £50 nice and cheap as I wanted DX10 and 64Bit & more ram so for me it's worth it. Microsoft Store, would be a double edged Sword:
- as long windows userbase is not on the latest version (and this version being the "Good one")
- as long windows problems is a rule and not an exception.
- as long people could get fed up and just cross the street an buy an Apple solution instead.
for now Microsoft Store would be a Lamentation Wall for Windows users (no pun intended)
Hypothesard 2 years ago
Apple saw their products being under-represented in the retail stores and decided to make their own, so people have somewhere they can go and get what they want and interact with staff (and other customers) who actually know and care about the products they're selling. Most store staff don't give a crap, they just want the commission for the sale. Some places give staff more commission for PC sales than Macs, even if the Mac costs more! How pathetic is that? No wonder market share is so low.
TalesOfWar 2 years ago
The reason the Apple Stores have been so successful is because of the almost complete lack of presence the Mac has in most other stores. Think about it. Walk into PC World here in the UK or Curry's or something, or BestBuy in the US. Until recently you'd be lucky to see more than one shelf of Macs. It's still the case in the UK outside of Apple Stores, unless there isn't any near by, then PC World are known to do "mini" stores, but it's not the same. There's resellers, but again, not the same.

On a more serious note, I defintely think this will an attempt to replicate something like an apple store and a sony store
Microsoft will push to show of their new Zunes and how to integrate them with your xbox 360
while giving people to learn how to truely use windows 7
Apple will take a big hit, Microsoft it definetly making a good decision but inorder for this to work, their products need to live up to the hype
If only i didnt hate xbox 360
GREAT VIDEOS man..sir?

Apple staff don't earn commission. I guess because they want their staff to be service focused

the microsoft stores would be great if only they launched them in more countries, especially underdeveloped countries unlike apple. more locations = more money

The concept is great. But I don't know the last time Microsoft came through on a promise. Which sort of shatters my remaining hopes for this store. However, if they do by some miracle make this store decent. I would visit the store, despite being an apple fanboy.

being an apple person, i think the microsoft store is a great idea!
reason being, if there is more competition, apple will step their game up, and we'll get better products ^_^

Jomo90Manc 2 years ago
I do believe however that if they get this right, M$ will hurt Apple MASSIVELY. There are many variables but we will just have to wait and see. One thing is for certain i know a certain mr Jobs will be looking to see how he can improve the Apple Store is M$ Store is a hit.

The microsoft store would not be as personal because they have so many pcs. I would go to to get accessories like maybe a screen. Idk
