I've studied the heal care bill and the medicare part of that bill and other than a data base establishment, created by input from Doc who treat the elderly, I don't find anything that says services will be cut. The data base is to find effective treatments for certain known conditions do to aging. The reasoning behind this is the over use by some Doc and Hospitals of repeated, and often unnecessary treatments to game medicare.

Than you must have missed DivB Title I Subs A thru E As well as DivB Title III which basically tells the state to look to placebos and Mental Health issues before actual Physical ailments. The language is riddled with terms that tell the state that they must cover as much as possible and "ideas" on how to cut costs. Of course there is no exact language for cuts. Any unfunded mandate to the state level automatically causes cuts in services. check your history.
