  • Adidas is the best.

  • I will always wear adidas no matter what !!!!!

  • With the rise of Adolf Hitler in the 1930s, both Dassler brothers joined the Nazi Party, with Rudolf reputed as being the more ardent National Socialist. Rudolf was drafted, and later captured, while Adi stayed behind to produce boots for the Wehrmacht. The war exacerbated the differences between the brothers and their wives. Rudolf, upon his capture by American troops, was suspected of being a member of the SS, information supposedly supplied by none other than his brother Adi

  • His brother created Puma. what a family...

  • @ArsenalDave04 I DID'NT KNOW THAT....WOW.....

  • el no era nazi el nazi era su hermano rudolf dassler

  • Coincidentally, did anyone know Hugo Ferdinand Boss (yes, the fashion/perfumery firm) first made uniforms for the SS and Hitler Youth..?

  • Rudi Dassler blamed his brother Adolph (Adi) for snitching on him to the Americans when they advanced thru Germany.Although it was not proven it was Adi,some suspect he did. Until then both brothers made jackboots and boots for the Nazi Wermacht and were members of the Nazi Party. Adi was far less fervent than Rudi. After they split both brothers set up rival footwear firms either side of their town. Rudi founded Puma which grew into the Sportswear company we know today,as a rival to Adi's.

  • You know that Adidas was the technical sponsor of the greatest clubs in the world: - BENFICA; - REAL MADRID; - AC MILAN; - LIVERPOOL; - MARSEILLE; - AJAX; - BAYERN MUNICH; - RIVER PLATE - ... And sponsored four of the greatest athletes that ever lived: - JESSE OWENS; - MUHAMMAD ALI; - EUSÉBIO; - ZINEDINE ZIDANE. And was official sponsor in so many big competitions: - FIFA WORLD CUP; - UEFA EURO CHAMPIONSHIP; - ALL OF THE UEFA´S CLUB COMPETITIONS; - THE NBA.
  • samba's =P

  • So how do you pronounce adidas? "Ahdi-das" or "Adii-das"? If you can understand

  • if you cut open my chest my heart would have 3 white stripes on it and it would say die weltmarke mit den 3 streifen

  • great story

  • adidas r wicked!

  • a.) The fact that he was a Nazi is irrelevent because he was an extraordinary person. This Nazi made the shoes of Jesse Owens, the black American who won 4 gold medals at the Berlin Olympics. Hitler waved to Jesse Owens.

b.) Adidas only began producing in 3rd world countries after Adi Dassler died in 1978. Adi Dassler was a man of honesty and integrity, as were most Germans.

    c.) BOYCOTT NIKE

  • @Judas666Schrader Seriously he was Nazi?? That's really ironic, "Adolph" XD

  • @Darookey He was no ardent Nazi. He was a member of the National Socialist Party but most Nazis were in fact genuinely extraodinary people with high morals. Whilst the winners of the war like to portray the average Nazi as a blood sucking satanist, this portrayal is simply due to the actions of a few heinous individuals. And in fact the inhumane acts done by these individuals were definately mirrored by the Allies (especially the Russians). Only that is not written in the history books.

  • @Judas666Schrader ok, thanks for the info

  • @Judas666Schrader just a pointer on A) he wasent the Nazi his brother Rudolf Dassler (Creator of Puma) was. And they only produced boots for the Germany Military previous to the existance of both companys when they were one company (Dassler Shoe Company) but your spot on on everything else bro!

  • @Judas666Schrader I just love these facts !!!!!

  • @Judas666Schrader fuck jews

  • During World War II Adi also made boots for the Wehrmacht. Why did they forget this in the commercial?

  • Wouldn't you if you were a proud member of your nation. Would you make boots for your military?

  • Uau!!! I can't belive adidas has such history

  • ps cool vid thx.

  • If you're really into this type of thing, pick up "Sneaker Wars". It tells the story of Adidas (Adi Dassler) and his rival brother Rudolf, who started Puma. I'm only about half done but I can't put it down. Adi's son Horst was the real driving force behind Adidas' success. Adi didn't ever want to even make clothing, saying he "didn't want to deal with rags". Great book I highly reccomend it.

  • adidas kick ass

    i love gazelle's

  • This is the real deal video...not sure why there are two. The other one some americanized to me. The Dassler is the man...incredible video!

  • I love adidas !!! It is the best brand all over the world !!! Everything is due to Adolf- Adi Dassler !!!

  • why are there two different versions !? One with this music, one with more modern music..?
