Hotel Costes in in central Paris (near to the Louvre) and many many cool and exclusive bars and restaurants around the world play Stephane P's Costes CD's as its great for mood setting. Other good stuff like this is 'After Dark' LA, AfterDark San FRan etc etc. iTunes is good to search this stuff.. and gives you lots of similar/re;ated stuff so its easy to find a bunch youd like.
