This is my fave Brandy song...and my fave song altogether...I just can relate to it SO much, more so than any other song I've ever heard. I don't get how anyone can not like the whole album of Human because it's sooooo deep and has real meaning, unlike just about every song charting on the Billboard Hot 100. although this song is phenomenal, what is wrong with ppl comparing brandy and beyonce....i perfer TRUE singing anyday over a raspy wisper, what brandy does is effortless, to do what beyonce does is what it really means to "sing" no body can pull of the songs that beyonce does, so to compare her to beyonce in anyway is crazy, maybe try comparing her to kelly rowland or michelle but beyonce....ARE YOU CRAZY!!!!

@ising4god1 I actually agree w/ u....I'm a huge fan of beyonce 4 many different reasons, but I feel like I can relate 2 Brandy. She has a high raspy alto voice (which I also have, especially the raspiness). Honestly Brandy and Beyonce aren't even in the same genre of music. But Brandy has stayed true to her essence since she's been in the game and that's y I love her so much.....when I listen to her, i feel like i can actually make it too.

It' no secret that Bey would do the majority of DC backing vocals. and in Opera of the Bells it's very apparent, All of whats going on in the back with the all the Runs, and ding dongs in the lower register, She also stacked her vocals with harmony in the leads. She is the only one with that Vibrato Im not sure how you can miss that. More proof is if you listen to Get me Bodied you would think DC did BG Vocals on that too... but it's just Her voice and a drum beat

When I first heard this song I cried cus I could connet with it and always amazes me how brandy is able to connect to her fans like that. In almost all the songs in Human are relatable that it's scary...but her songs have always been that way since "never say never"

Unfortunately The song wont get any publicity because she has already begun working on her 6th album set to release most likely next year. Brandy is in my opinion, the best Female vocalist currently living lol. I LOVE beyonce though, and i think its unfair to compare the two. They have completely different styles.

I disagree. Beyonce has a great range and Brandy may be better, but there are plenty of female singers who can beat Beyonce vocally. They either haven't been discovered yet or their not on top of the charts (Jazmine Sullivan, for example).
Beyonce is a great singer and a great entertainer, but not the best I've ever heard.
