  • super cool

  • Hey could you please send me some parts ?

  • @Josbaj sure.

  • @chrisnotap

Could you please send me the whole pump ? But I would prefer to make it faster so it can pump more water and more pressure

  • solorstars, we used pond liner. You can buy it by the foot at pond accessory stores.

  • in and out piece...a you mean a diaphragm???

and whats it made out of?

  • in and out piece...a you mean a diaphragm???

  • It's a vaccum pump.

  • What did you use to make the small hole in the jar pls?

  • @joeyhuston I used a carbide tipped drill and some water to keep the bit cool and slow speed.

  • whats the black thing connected to the jar

  • @jake13152 there is black silicone holding the jar to the wood, a black hose connected to the brass fitting which is epoxied into the jar and the black rubber diaphragm cut out of a pond liner. I used washers from a car shock absorber, which are con-caved so as to not cut the diaphragm.

  • @chrisnotap ok thanks

  • Double Plus Good

  • its a windshields wipers motor, i guess. windshields motor??

  • @mouayad888 yes, it's the motor that drives the wiper arms that we used and experimented with.

  • Seems like a lot of trouble. Just buy a water pump.

  • what did you use as the pump part? A diaphram set up?

  • i made the same thing but the dc 12 v motor runs at 500 rpm and it pumps like crazy

  • Umm a windshield washer pump will put out more than that and is cheaper and uses less power.

  • EPIC = fail
