  • Soo many ignorant people commenting on this video. Piss off, its not your horse. Jesus.

  • All you people commenting about the terribleness of this are retarded. You do realize horses put their ears in the direction of which they are trying to concentrate? If this horse didn't like the training he'd be skittering about and flipping his head. He's just trying to learn what the man wants from him.

  • OMG so adorable how much does it cost to keep your horse there! omg so cutee xD

  • hyperflexion right there

  • this is a very nice costarican horse, btw to those people that have rude comments, this is not DRESSAGE, it is a traditional cosrarican horse dance!!!!!!!!!!

and this horse would be given fist place, very nice traditional movment.

  • That's...a very poor piaffe.

  • haha i totally agree but this just made me laugh :) thank you :D

  • I'm not sure what to think of this video, there are quite a lot of different opinions. To me the horse does not seem to enjoy this. Just look at its ears.

  • Even though still obeys its owner, doesn't it?

    GOod job horsie!

  • Do you know horses? His ears are indicating focus on his handler, not any kind of displeasure.

  • . I was wondering if who ever these video collections would email me privately...I know Ezequiel Pena personally. And I also have horses. I would love to talk more to people that have this interest, I have only met Ezequiel, Ziggy, and some of the people that train Ezequiels horses.

My name is Cristy and I live in Kentucky, I am new to Youtube so I dont know how to do the tech.

  • As far as gelding goes, I don't geld unless they become uncontrollable. It takes the fire out of them. Lol and in personal opinion I have to say he's certianly stud quality! Do you have any more videos of him? Besides the other one?

  • Wow he's beautiful! And the trainer is gentle and kind with that horse--discard everyone's comments they don't know very much. I got told off for training my horses to dance and putting it on youtube also. What breed is he? Are you studing him out?

    Thank you,

    Kendall

  • Hi Kendall,

Finally someone with a brain. Most people don't know how gently Costa Ricans treat their horses. This trainer is great. He is a great horse with a lot of spirit since he is a stallion.

What is he? Hmmm. I don't know. I paint and sketch and have done horses so I actually picked hm because he had great muscle tone and color. Maybe you know the breed. I was going to neuter him but didn't have the heart to do it yet. Maybe what he needs is your mare. :) You in Costa Rica?

  • No im in California--He looks like Chilean Crullio to me crossed with paint. Except only one problem he's in Costa Rica. But for some reason he has that crullio look to him. Are you ever planning on bringing him out here?

He'd make a great charro horse! Im not familliar with Costa Rican riding disciplines, can you educate me a bit?

  • Nice horse, Too bad that wanker is ruining it

  • hahahahaha dressage?? this people don't have an idea what that is!!!

  • Ricardo, i will say it is much better than i have seen down there. Anyone can do a search on you tube to see the standard way is to tie a horse into a wooden box so it can't move and beat the living shit out of it. I'm glad your trainer as at least not doing that. :)

  • horses can be trained to do this. In a slow and kind manner. Its called dressage.

This is like that cruel sicko that chains a bear to a tree and beats him to make him dance for the circus.

    Utterly pathetic

  • You should actually see him work with all the horses. He is excellent. This horse is actually a young stallion and very spirited Still is.

  • Do you know a lot about horses?

Have you ever been in Costa Rica?

  • I don't see yanking. It's called bumping. I've seen western and english riders in all realms do it. If he were yanking the horse's head would've flown up in the air.

  • You need a new trainer! The horse is extremly nervous and very agitated. The handler is yanking and pulling way too much on his head!

  • This horse is a young 3 year old stallion and this is one of the best trainers. He is actually very gentle with the horse. Thanks fr your comments

  • He's not yanking at all he's simply holding the horse in place.

  • You dont need to yank on the horses mouth to produce that movement. Discusting.

  • The horse definately does not look like he's having a very good time ... look at how the trainer is pulling on his mouth ... he keeps jerking his poor mouth ... and these are not natural movements ... I don't care how many poor horses have been trained and abused until they submitted to the comands.

  • Beautiful horse, I love it! I just got two horses , I wish I could train them to do that@

  • you got a great horse, but dont you think its a bit un-natural for a horse to make this kind of movements? could you please explain?

  • Hi... There are horses that do this all over Central and South America. This horse I bought because he has nice muscle tone. This is definitely not the only dancing horse down there. I'm leaving California today to go visit my property and horse. Thanks for viewing the video.

    Rick

  • hello, Thanks for your quick reply, have a good journey!

  • i cant stop admiring your horse its absolutely a beauty :D
