Nice trick. I'm going to try and train my American bulldog to do this. Any tips on how you taught him this?

i started by holding his head still by grabbing under his chin and balance treat on nose. Give LOADS of praise while holding still and tell him "HOLD" or "WAIT" then give him treat. Gradually loosen your grip of his head.
