Newby here starting to catfish.. For cats Bout 25-70lb I have the big water ugly stix medium heavy with the penn fierce 7000 model reel. 25lb line. You think this is good enough for that range of cats? And live bait vs cut bait somebody please help me here. Thanks so much. Btw I'm from GA and have many lakes where there's supposed to be "monsters" haha. Thanks guys
Dead red blood spray works great each time I've used it I've caught a catfish. Just bought the double action circle hooks can't wait to try those out!
Yes i know the bait and the minnesota bait store just wish the guys working there had a better attitude because the guys working act like your not good enough to be in there and i have spent a lot of money there...
where is this store i live in kansas but pretty far away from kansas city. I want to buy some of this bait but i cant order it online. (just a tip go to melvern lake or prairie lake and fish the spillway)

From what iv heard and read a person wouldn't want to eat any of these catfish, lots of pollution in the water in and around Kansas city.
