  • a local dealer bought a white ms3 with the full turboback, here in BC, Canada they cant sell the car unless they put a cat back in the car. they want stock dp/midpipe in exhange for the corksport dp/rp combo and they will do the work for free. im thinking about doing it, but what about CEL's . thanks

i love my corksport fmic btw

  • Give us a call at 360 260 2675 and I can fill you in on the details.

  • Hey dude - I'm looking for a stock downpipe? Do you still have it and are you willing to sell it?

  • This video is a pull with the CorkSport Mazdaspeed 3 downpipe, stock second catalyst, and CorkSport cat back exhaust.

  • IS this set up catless? OR is there one cat?

Im looking at getting the shorty DP, race pipe and the CBE.. Im pretty sure that would make it catless correct?

    :D

  • I have the entire turbo-back. I love the sound. Installation was a bit of a hassle, just pay a performance shop to do it right. I felt awesome gaines from this, and my track time improved by over half a second in the quart-mile!

  • anyone know how easy or difficult the corksport exhaust and downpipe is to put in?

  • The CorkSport exhaust takes an hour to install. The downpipe takes 6-7 hours if you have the correct tools. The installation instructions have a good list of tools you will need to install the downpipe.

  • running a little rich are we?

  • please leave dyno results

  • sounds awesome. much better than cpe's. cpe turboback would piss off my neighbours.

  • is the cpe that loud? I was wanting a cpe tbe damn

  • The exhaust is pretty straight forward. The downpipe takes 4-5 hours if you have the proper tools.

  • what tools do you need?

  • that dyno wuz only for da downpipe or full-exhaust?

  • Translation: Was that dyno for the Downpipe or the full exhaust?

  • LOL

  • Looks like somebody got these numbers and this is theur comment:

    DP Gains: 21+whp / 41+wtq = 284whp/322wtq

Here's the results after a DP mod. All other listed mods in the signature where present on the past dyno. Its VERY lean now and I need tuning badly, needless to say I will not be driving hard until I get EMS. I was pleased with the results.

Induction Mods: MS CAI, ETS TMIC, Turbo XS H-BOV

Engine Mods: SU Rear Engine mount, Turbo XS Race pipe, Corksport DP

  • gota ? just put tbe on my speed3 n getin a check engine light ne ideas what it could be?

  • have you solved the problem .... I'm thinking about buying the product but I'd like to avoid the check engine light

  • the real gain with the speed3 is playin with the air:fuel ratio.

  • The exhaust is louder than stock by a bit but cruising down the highway there is no droning. There is a mid pipe under development as well but it is still several months off.

  • do you know how many decibals it is? or how much louder is it stock? Its hard to tell with the dyno noise. Is it still everyday use quiet? Ive been looking into this car and exhaust...and 30 hp is fine with me

  • The exhaust and downpipe combo saw gains of 30 hp. The setup still keeps one cat.

  • x2 - where's the numbers?

  • why post a video of a dyno without telling us what the gains were? especially seeing as how you are a company trying to sell these exhaust componants.

  • What gains did you see?
