The "Official" version with the I keep forgettin' bits in was the "Jammin' mix" which was indeed played on the radio and released on the UK single release...

This sounds more like some mash up of i keep forgetting and the main version of Regulate.

This isn't the proper version with Michael McDonald.

The Real version is much better and doesn't have that sample from Young Guns at the beginning, It just kicks straight in with the rap and Michael's samples are much longer forming the chorus.

This is like a bastard hybrid version which was never on the soundtrack.

The real one was called the Jamming mix and was on the B-side of the old Above the Rim soundtrack, with Tupac's Pain.

To the people on here calling it a mash-up, it's not really a "mash-up" when you're mixing a song with the original song that the first song gets its hook from. That's like mashing up "U Can't Touch This" with "Superfreak". This is really more like a remix.
