The song is "Poison," which is the last track on the 2000 All the Pretty Horses album RUIN. It's my favorite song of theirs. "Poison" is also on the free bonus CD that comes with the Venus of Mars DVD -- so, buy the DVD and the song is yours!

I only saw All the Pretty Horses once, but they were pretty awesome. It's a complete mystery to me why transgenderism causes such intense reactions in people, but I think it's because people lose a sense of security when their assumptions about the world are challenged.

I admire your courage so much. I'm happy with my sex, but even if I wasn't I don't know if I would be able to find the bravery and strength to do something so drastic and life-changing. Congratulations to Venus for expressing satisfaction with being half way between the sexes. Gential reconstruction surgery is not for all trans people. Consider all the options, listen to your own soul.
