Canada is mainly affected by the Global Economy period. It has absolutely nothing to do with Stephen Harper or Michael Ignatieff. In fact, we are the least affected of all G8 countries! Perhaps you should pay attention to what's really going on in the world! Oh, by the way, you can't spell either!

The anti-corporate attitude / policies never do a country well. Just look at Cuba or any past communists (communal) country. Communism is when they remove all the privately owned companies and run everything by the government. They do not allow personal wealth. Trust me. its much worse

Who is gouging Canadians? Last time I checked oil companies had a big part in bringing me my gasoline and heating oil so I'll pay them what the market decides. However the Government just stands there with their hand out for their share which they did next to nothing for and is just as high or higher than the oil companies profit margin.

Our oil companies directly and indirectly pay for a huge percentage of our social programs
