Kada padne prvi sneg nije origina pesma. Postoji i rumunska stara pesma sanie cu zurgalai, pa se ne zna koja je od ovih dve prva. U svakom slucaju nijedna od njih nije original, jer po etnomuzikokolozima, original je jedna francuska stara pesma. Tako da pesme koje se snimaju po drugim pesmama nisu uvek originali iz Srbije.

A 2000 cover version of "Johnny" by Belgian musical group Vaya Con Dios that credited Paul prompted another action by the Romanian Musical Performing and Mechanical Rights Society and Vaya Con Dio lost the court battle. Why can't people just give proper credit to those who wrote the original song.

It is a Romanian song. The composer Richard Stein won the international trial. Te Vaya con Dios proved insufficient musical culture, in that matter. Even in Romania, at a concert, they prefered not to speak, even all the evidences were so clear. Errare, humanum est - perserverare, diabolicum. Please, Daniklein, do your own research.

Je n'ai rien contre les reprises, voir Elvis, que j'adore. Il reprenait, les faisait immortelles, les chansons... Vous etes libre de l'aimer. "Sanie cu zurgalai" is a folklore song (and the romanian foklore is free of any gypsy influences).
