@favoritefella You go too far young man. Do you think an explorer of freedom of expression like Bowie would approve? Come on fella - people are entitled to have no sense of taste or hearing. It's their loss.
@PerignonPop I can only infer from the tone of you statements that you think nobody should die in a fire. Is this true? I would therefore venture to say that you are the psychotic one. The world is full. Some people need to go. People that don't like this song are as good a place as any to start. Human life is not precious, no matter how many times the Hallmark Company/Disney tells you it is.
@favoritefella Yeah, that's where I take my lead from. Walt Disney. My moral compass is set by their animated output. I sincerely doubt that you are anyone's favorite fella. That's your rather tragic problem and the source of your blatant lunacy. The world may be full in your eyes, but I'm sure there's a bed free for you at Bellevue Mental Hospital. Just give them five minutes of your Son of Sam act down the telephone and I'm confident they'll come collect you.
@PerignonPop Doubtful. There are real crazy people in the world. Give me some good examples of what humans have contributed to the world, and I will join your fanciful cause to burden our planet with more Happy Meals and Oil Refineries.
The opening riff always starts to peel the paint off of my walls. Please Bowie, leave my wall paint alone. It doesn't need massive rock to make my house look like it's falling apart.
this is my favorite bowie song, it's off the album Aladin Sane. i got turned on to it by my sister and brother-inlaw in 1975. we used to listen to this and other stuff on the good 4-way window pane and weed back then. the whole album is good.
Hi ! Happy to have been able to listen to this song, which is one of my top 5 of Bowie's songs. I've even recorded it. "Alladin Sane" is my favorite album of Bowie. Thanks for sharing this video. BYE !
Great song, one of Bowie's best. Easily one of the greatest guitar riffs in rock history. It sounds so dirty and gritty and is complimented so well by the almost lazy glam stomp of the rhythm section. Everything about this song is perfect although I always wish it would go on longer.
@royalnash Bollocks! Ziggy Stardust is the greatest album ever! Just listen to Moonage Daydream, or Soul Love, brilliant work! If I had to choose between Diamond Dogs or Aladdin Sane, I would say Diamond Dogs, mainly because of songs like Rebel Rebel, Diamond Dogs and Big Brother, which are all some of Bowie's finest masterpieces
@TheOtherJMan Not everyone thinks that Ziggy is the best album. I do though, but I can totally see why people would prefer the other albums over Ziggy. Aladdin Sane is probably my second choice, because the songs on there are honestly some of the best. Lady Grinning Soul anyone?
@Flunder Yup...Mick Ronson on guitar and the rest of the Spiders from Mars Band, i.e., Woody Woodmansey on drums and Trevor Bolden on bass. Just a power trio fronted by DB, but man could they play!!
He's one of the sweetest artists ever...! You can't help loving him...!!! Again, it makes me sad there are no more artists like him...
It's like he's attached his whole carreer to telling fairytales, all of his songs are sweet as bedtime stories... He promototes innocence and pureness when they're few and far between to find...
@MyScarletFall we think about that generation and we realize anyone of them, after 1968 has become timeless.....really, the actual youth is empty. They are without creativity they haven't no interest to art....for them, soccer, sex, money and technology are everything.
@BrookLynChicinNewark oh i'll make you feel it hard. my HARD THROBBING COCK DOWN AT MY KNEES PULSING LOVE POTION DOWN YOUR THROAT AND TATTOOING ITSELF ON YOUR SOUL.

Flawed. Rhythm gets lost over the weak lead. Both fall apart. Sad really.
2010 David Bowie would never allow 1973 David Bowie to let that happen. Doubt it? Ask Jemaine and Bret.
