dnb has come along way from the dancehall/hardcore era, bare bad track about today tho, but manz like noisia, calyx etc bring that grow up style if ur not up for that jump up vibe, still got love them old skool amen breaks!!!!!!

dreamscape 7 went down in history as being one of the best raves, all the classic tapes that everyone swapped, went it finished everyone was in the carpark, boots open, stereos on, i never experienced an atmosphere like it again x

I think world dance was the best raves I went too..dreamscape was always too messy and the bogs always trashed. World dance had much better lights sound etc.
I remember this rave! This was at the Sanctuary, before they had the Rollers building next door. They used to have this little room upstairs that bounced like mad! Shout out to all original Dossee Possee. ESP it's time to hold up your own!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to my 1st when I was 14 @ Royal Bath and West (DS 28) and although the atmosphere was amazing it seems like it was nothing compared to this event. Just wish that id been born about 10 years earlier

I know you're meant to move with the times but it's hard when you don't get nights like these anymore. It's all gone wrong. I reckon we'll have our day. Awesome, can't go wrong with D&B/JUNGLE. I've bben listening to this music since i was thirteen, i'm 26 now and still fucking lovin it. If any of you fellow ravers want here some good tunes get BIZZYB-Science Ep, it's mixed with dirty jungle beats and loads of low bass lines. Awesome; also you want to look out for Amen Andrews and Spac hand Luke. Peace x

dreamscape 7 went down in history as being one of the best raves, all the classic tapes that everyone swapped, went it finished everyone was in the carpark, boots open, stereos on, i never experienced an atmosphere like it again x

This is a 'droppin science' track I think, can't remember.
I think world dance was the best raves I went too..dreamscape was always too messy and the bogs always trashed. World dance had much better lights sound etc.

I remember this rave! This was at the Sanctuary, before they had the Rollers building next door. They used to have this little room upstairs that bounced like mad! Shout out to all original Dossee Possee. ESP it's time to hold up your own!!!!!!!!!!!

I grew up going to these raves and collecting the records which I have still got 2day gathering dust I play them every now and then for old times sake....
Drum and Bass is not the same as it was back then which is a shame.......

@j0nsnewscreeName - you have a very good point. I used to go raving to Hardcore and a very little bit of techno then moved on to Jungle/DnB. I left the scene cos DnB went sh*t and so have all its MCs.

lads im not disputing wat ur both sayin after 94 it died for me what im sayin is its nuthin like or ever will be what it was and its a good thing to keep that little bit of history alive jesus im 30 now and out of the scene a long time now i wish like everyone else from that era that i was back there so im not really talkin bollox when you think about it!wait till your 30+and you will see what i mean in the difference it will be in five ,ten or 15yrs time!

i think all you are chattin bollacks y do u think the music has progressed . imagin if it was still just only jungle and hardcore it wood die out . dont get me rong i love jungle but the music needs to progress to keep the scene alive and fresh. and u forget most of the ppl tht make it, its a job most big producers forget y they got into it in the first place.
