Can someone tell me what anime movie was about a city destroyed by a nuclear explosion and then became haunted? In once scene a boy thinks he is awake but he is sleep walking... he is playing with a ball with some other kids in a park but in reality the kids are ghosts and the ball is actually a skull. I also recall a little girl ghost that was angry and could scratch and cut people with her powers. Sound familiar?

It also had a scene where this girl hugged a girl ghost and before the ghost moved on she turned into a skeleton.
