Being transexual is about a much more complex physical structure difference of the brain (between male and female), which can not be altered by any means. Telling people like Tammy (or like me) to not ask for the help of endocrinologists and surgeons would be like telling a paraplegic to not use the wheelchair.

Transgender means you identify as the opposite gender but you still have the same body you were born with and are not transitioning to the gender you identify as.

People don't decide their sexuality. It's a natural thing that happens to humans. And you will never know what these people are going through unless you go through it yourself, and they don't need you feeding them lies. They aren't going to hell. Transgender means you identify as the opposite gender but you still have the same body you were born with and are not transitioning to the gender you identify as.

thank you so much, Tammy. I related to this really well because I'm a transsexual man. I'm also living in a city right in the center of rural Ontario filled with elderly people. I've only recently started to see just how much better it can get now that I've started hormones. it's just wonderful to know that people out there have gone through similar things to what I have.
