How's your shoulder? He broke it in that PC landing. And the director tried to cover that ungainly impact with a quick impromptu line from Burt. Thought nothing much of it at the time – now I know how he felt.
This may look mundane to the jumpers of today. But for the skydivers of 1969, to see this representation of their still juvenile sport on the big screens at city movie theatres at the time was a very, very big deal. Carl Boenish and all the others deserve our enduring thanks.

@td12308 My shoulder? Yes that landing was a bit harsh bit like when I was jumping the Wing in nil winds a good PLF is needed

Paracommanders.I made 3 jumps under those. I like the "power cut" sound effects in this &" Ripcord". They sound different from each other.
