I wouldn't say either one of them is faster but you have to take into concideration that Belfort is significantly bigger than Swick. It's alot harder for bigger guys to move like that, so I think Belfort's speed is more impressive. But Belfort tends to go off more in bursts whereas Swick seems to be fast from start to finish. Both amazing fighters.
