Mayonnaise ? Ok, I'll explain : mayonnaise is made out of eggs, mustard, oil (colza) and vinegar.

The eggs nourish your hair, oil seals the moisture, vinegar is an astringeant and it makes your hair shiny but mustard is too harsh for the scalp and can make the cuticules of your hair kinda peel. It's best to use all these ingredients separatly, cause this combination is yummy but bad for your hair.

The whole advice of cutting your ends every 6 weeks? Sorry, but that's totally counterproductive lmao. When you cut your ends that often, you pretty much cut all that has grown. When you grow your hair, TAKE CARE OF IT. Cut all the split ends before you start growing them and then hold off from cutting them as much as you can.

I was wondering if you had layers while you were growing your hair out. I use to have layers but my hair now is all pretty much one length. I wanted layers because I know it adds a lot of body to the hair and just looks a lot nicer when it's curly. My hair is pretty much one length now and I'm trying to grow out my hair. Should I wait to get layers until my hair is at the length I want it to be at or can I still get layers and grow out my hair??

good ideas but just so youre aware you CAN over proteinize your hair by using a deep conditioning treatment everyday and it can actually over time start to do the exact opposite that it should be doing to your hair and make it feel worse be careful for that.

Just want to say that I wash my hair everyday and it grows fast. The person that cuts my hair says its really healthy , thick and has said many times " your hair grows so fast". I think in my opinion, the more you wash it the faster it grows.

i have naturally wavy hair, so it is naturally drier than naturally straight, oily hair like yours (which is the type of hair my mom and sister have ha!), so i can't wash it everyday (sigh). but i agree with another comment that putting your hair up in a high bun when damp and leaving it overnight, relaxes my waves!

@solaresbeli20 you will need to get all your split ends cut off because they keep going up the hair shaft and will prevent your hair from growing . It's so much nicer and healthier trust me it's for the better

But I really didn't want to cut it all off. (Mine is wavy/curly too). Try The Splitender - it just takes off the ends and it MASSIVELY helped me to grow my hair healthily. You can get it on Amazon for a lot cheaper than from their site. I don't work or them or anything - it just helped me so wanted to pass it on!

I have wavy, curly hair and I found that wrapping it around my head overnight totally straightens it to the same effect as using straighteners :-) I just put a leave-in conditioner in, then gently brushed it around and pinned it when it was damp. A lot of women with weaves or relaxed hair do it - I learnt by watching their tutorials - but it totally worked on my natural hair and I would recommend it to anyone who is addicted to straight hair but still wants to grow it.

ur so right about the vitamins and shampoos for "growing hair" their crap. i used a few items and it did not work it only made my hair thinner then it already is. i say just leave it alone and let it grow out. keep it healthy, cut the split ends, and keep it away from harsh chemicals and it will grow on its own its the best and safest way. =] i luv your videos !!! my fav guru ♥
