I was at CMA fest. It sounded like this, live. Except you couldn't even hear the first half of Sparks Fly. She is so talented, So this is not Taylors fault, nor is it ABC's fault. They ALL were great that night. The sound guy there that night just had no clue what he was doing.

God dame CMT. The reason why her voice sounds different is because they auto tune her voice. I know because I was there live, and she did not sound like this. She sounded 10x better live than this video.

So you all know, this was recorded back on June 10th, 2011 and for anyone who knows Taylor and is a real fan, she was in the beginning stages of being sick. Remember she began sounding more hoarse in Knoxville and Greensboro, then singing in the rain at Gillette at the end of June just made it worse, resulting in cancelled shows. She was sick, give her a break. I want to hear all of you sing and see if you can do what she does. If you were sick, you wouldn't perform, you'd lay in bed crying.

I love Taylor dearly. She's one of my top 5 favorite musicians, but the autotune on this is absolutely ridiculous. The sound is unclear, it slips several times. Especially at 6:55. She just needs to train her voice so she can sing these notes live. I know it's hard when she's running around like that, but I know we'd all much rather hear her real voice than autotune because she CAN sing.

Folks, the weird robotic effect is over the ENTIRE show. Seriously, look at any other clip from the CMA Fest Special, EVEN THE FREAKING INTERVIEWS HAVE IT. Like wtf? Sound Engineer should be fired. The mixing sucks, and this weird robotic sound over the entire special. For funsies, compare this to the CMA Awards performance of "Mean". The Awards show performance sounds a lot better, and not like Black Eyed Peas or T-Pain lol :P

@countrigirl09 No it wasn't.CMA fest takes place in Tennessee around Nashville.The stage crash happened at an Indianapolis music festival/state fair & it was Sugarland that was slated to perform. The crash happened right before they were to take the stage. Sugarland is fine, but 4 people died & about 40 others were injured. Taylor was not there she was on tour and wasn't anywhere near there. My heart, condolences and prayers go out to those in Indianapolis though, I hope they pull through this.

It happened in Canada too, weeks ago and today now it Belgium. I hope in the future they build better stages to reduce the chances of this happening or better yet eliminate it altogether.FYI I believe Belgium's pukkelpop has been cancelled.
