What If... Video Games Had Realistic Human Bodies?

Realism in games is usually more appealing in theory than it is in practice. Part of what makes games so much fun is the fact that they are much simpler than reality.

But it sure would be interesting to see someone pull it off. I imagine the gameplay would probably be revolved around that mechanic, whether it's a fighting/killing game, or perhaps a doctor simulator.
