Maybe if you weren't "born and raised in the South", you would have got the joke. Moreover, you might have realized the irony of a guy calling himself "Snyper" complaining about a murder themed song lyric.
Being from a southern family myself, and which now lives on the west coast, I spent a lot of time defending southerners in my youth; but you make me feel like I was wasting my breath.

His singing is not what matters with is music (luckily?). The guitar in the song is repetitive but I'm fairly certain its intentional ("but its hard to get two bored when you pick the same two chords"). Nice to see you can say something nice as well as bad. Constructive criticism! Youtube doesn't have enough.
