  • don't wanna be mean but i don't understand you at 0.33 to 0.42 i don't speak good english plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz respond :)

  • @lovelysweetheartxxx "Now I wouldn't recommend doing this more than once a fortnight. I do it maybe once a month or before a special occasion; otherwise it's a bit harsh on the teeth." :)

  • Great tip! but NOOOOOOOOO. people with braces should not try this until you get your braces off! If you whiten your teeth while you have braces, when you get them off there will be yellow squares on your teeth, where your brackets were! ...... :)

  • is this good for you? like health wise?

  • Thank you so much for this video! I've been looking for a way to whiten my teeth without all the icky bleaching chemicals and I think this is it! I really love all your handy beauty advice! :D

  • Using the baking soda, is that okay for you!? Like health wise??!

  • Wow that is fantastic and very straight forward - thank you! I have braces so I am not sure if I would try it but thanks anyway :)

  • wow this is great! i will do this tonight! :)

  • will this work with braces? x

  • hi !!! I'm from Brazil... do you know??? and I love your videos !! I have a chanel too about makes.... your colection is amazing... Sorry about my English :( kisses

  • wowo thanks!

  • interesting. i will def have to get some baking soda. thanks for sharing

  • can you use regular baking soda?

  • wow this is so weird cause I was just thinking before how I wanted to try out some teeth whitening strips! I'm going to go try this right now! thanks for the awesome tip! :)

  • Forget crest white strips, i'm buying baking soda.

    *Prays my store sells them*

  • That's incredible! Thanks for sharing :) xx

  • So doing this! Thank you for sharing this tip with us! xx

  • For those asking about those with braces, Yes! you can use it with braces. Also you can use it without the toothpaste, just dab abit on your toothbrush, brush as normal. you can also rinse it off with a tablespoon of Hydrogine Peroxide 2%(the foamy liquid you clean wounds with). It will make the baking soda (bi-carb) foam up and get into the hard to reach places. BUT like she said don't do it TOO OFTEN! It's cheaper than the strips...and probably safer

  • AMAZING!!!

  • Are you serious.. LOOK at how that worked. I was told to.. but I couldn't care less... gonna try it. lol

  • So going to try this

  • can you use this with braces?

  • @mommypackmylunch125

No because only the teeth around the braces would whiten and when you get your braces off there will be a yellow line where the braces were.

  • I can use this on braces right?

  • WE HAVE THE SAME TOOTHBRUSH!

  • Does it taste bad?

  • Same toothbrush!! ;)

  • Girls, the trick is really awesome, I used to do that (here in Argentina, where we call it "bicarbonato de sodio") BUT BE VERY CAREFUL AND ASK YOUR DENTIST BEFORE DOING IT... I was adviced by mine not to, since it would really damage my enamel... and that`s something that cannot be undone. Sometimes it`s better to go get a professional whitening, instead of risking the health of our precious teeth, just ask... Thanks! Greetings from Buenos Aires!!!!! Love your videos Rose! bye

  • Omg! Thank you!!

  • awesome gonna try this tonight

  • Oh I use this too, same brand and everything! And I love your smile(:

  • Wow was that after pic after just one application? Impressive :)

  • @Beeneelicious yep, took the before just before filming and the other just after. I don't have badly stained teeth, mainly from food colouring and drinks etc so it's only light stains. I was really surprised when I did it for the first time afew months ago. I wasn't expecting such good results from just Bi-Carb Soda.

  • @WinterRose84 Thank you so much for replying! :)

  • Great tip :) thanks

  • great tip, how long does it keep them white for?

  • @megan0606 maybe a week or so. It also depends on what you drink/eat cola, coffee or tea for example will stain your teeth again.

  • @WinterRose84 Will this harm my teeth? Thank you in advanced! :)

  • @LadyGagaforever2011 Bi-carb soda is abrasive so it can wear away the enamel on teeth. So be gentle and do not do this more than once every two weeks.

  • Thank you for this tip ! I will be sure to give it a go

  • omg thank you!! so simple, exactly what i was looking for!

  • OMG thank you for doing this! I've been putting off going to the dentist for ages to get my teethen bleached because it costs so much! I'm am definitely going to be trying this!

  • So gonna try this lol

  • Cool i shuld try this and test ut myself now can u do it at night 2 or do u recommend in the morning

  • @jgorgievska It can be done at any time during the day. If you plan to go out that day just do it before you leave the house :D

  • @WinterRose84 okay cool thanks i will try it tonite just to test it out

  • @WinterRose84 wait so once a week? :)

  • @MusicalBuds No, don't do this more than once every 2 week (at the most). Bi-carb soda is abrasive so it can wear away enamel on the teeth, this is why you shouldn't do this all the time.

  • @MusicalBuds just answered you below :P

  • haha that seems yummy :)
