for those of you who are wondering how to get into the secure records room *spoiler alert* the key to it can be found in liutenet mosely's (at least i think its mosely) office. it also opens the evidence storage where you get the strong box.

Re-Doing a full install now so I can hopefully watch these in game. Just started playing yesterday and got onto this level, by christ it sounds challenging just by the mission objectives and map

once again if you setup your OS with proper permitions and have the latest updates for your card you should be able to still see the cutscenes.

they don't work cause you need the Indeo codecs. Google it

I spent about 2 hours tring to make those codecs work, nothing doing.

That's unfortunately Garret's weak point. Wave a bag of gold in front of him and he'll lose all signs of common sense (something Constantine exploited quite well in the first game).
