They were so simple..in wat they did..tats the soul reason they are stll close in our heart' not like tdys bengali cinema..u hve either heroes trying to do a MJ and failing miserably..or on the other hand u hve ppl like rituparno ghosh making such a serious movie tat ur head starts aching within half an hr of the movie i have felt tat they r trying hard to grab ur attention....but honestly speaking i have liked nd loved anupam roys wrk in autograph..and i hope he does justice to these legends'

@digitalworkshop - thanks for the upload. Though the overall background music for the movie was by Satyajit Ray but this is a Rabindra Sangeet so the music is by Rabindranath Tagore. The way you have described, it sounds like Satyajit Ray put tune to Rabindranath's lyrics!! So could you please change that in your description.

@cherrykhaund if you look at the subtitles, it means mademoiselle. but in simple words "bideshini" is the female gender for "bideshi" which means foreigner. so bideshini means a female of foreign origin.

I am delighted to reach your site thru my browsing of Lisbon Stoy etc. (most probably Portugese Lan. but liked the tune) as interested to find a good movie may be. However, thank you thank for uploading all these Bangla. I first time hear Rabindra Singeet by Kishore Kumar but liked it. This is a magic of Satyajit Ray. Only under his direction, Kishore Kumar sings so well RabindraSangeet. This one - Like 'Ghare Baire' has awesome performance of Kishore Kumar with RabindraSangeet. But Kishore Kumar's CDs of RabindraSangeet at market mostly are far below this high standard. Wish Satyajit Ray direct RabindraSangeet outside movies as well.

Great song .Kindly post Aasha chilo if you have it.I dont understand Bengali but the feelings conveyed in these songs is universal.After listening to Bangla songs of Kishoreda I could understand why so many non hindi speaking people(Arabs,Chinese,South Indians,Africans etc.etc.) love Kishoreda's singing.Kindly keep posting Bangla songs of our Kishoreda.
