Well for regular healthcare I don't know about other people but mine is pretty good. I see a doctor when I have the need, and the company covers a lot of my expenses almost completely such as for my glasses. I bought and used this video. I now have the French accent perfect. I wholeheartidly recommend it. Even my French friends are impressed with how good my French is. Here are the translations - Hough! - Why yes! Hough HOUGH! - I like it! Hough hough HOUGH!- That sounds like a good idea! 4 "Hough"s is the way to say - "I made love with him/her last night!"

Well, I can tell the guy is not a native french speaking person, trying to imitate the french accent. And those ppl smoling cigarettes are 1944-Paris Liberation stereotypes lol there has never been anyone like that in my part of france, in french flanders. lol

As for everything that requires changing one's way of thinking, training hard is the solution to get rid of this terrible french accent. I'm french too unfortunately, and can't bear the french accent at all nor the pathetic pronounciation of English nouns and names of almost all french journalists on TV).
By the way, I think the video is completely meaningless since the french accent is very badly impersonated to say the least.
