lopinglobo - the united states social security act 1997 (amendment) was interesting enough to me. Especially as I could not fathom why it was agreed at Buckingham Palace under crown copyright subject to parliamentary law and relevant sections (I think its article 14 section 17) which seems to treat US citizens as those of the UK...hmmm.
