@BeautyKiller11 This is the easiest way that i know of. Buy it in the form of cartridges that are used for whipping cream in a "handheld cream sprayer" (don't know english word.) When you puncture a cartridge inside a sealed bag or balloon the bag/ballon fills up and all you have to do is bite a hole and suck. Cheap and easy. The medical gas is much much harder to get. And the gas used for cars shall by no means be inhaled. It contains petroleum fumes that can be lethal.
